The car park is a disaster. You have to go down in very small/tight car lift to get into the car park. You will only get it with a small car!! Its very easy to scratch your car and then they make you park next to the ski hire which again imo is dangerous. The final straw came on the last day where the lift broke and we had to wait 3 hours for the lift company to come and fix it, with the staff being externally unhelpful and unconcerned. Finally another situation with the maid stealing one of our party members AirPods meant for an extremely successful end to the weekend!

I was guaranteed that there would be 4 single beds and there were two and two sofa beds which we hate and would not have booked it if we knew there were 2 sofa beds in living room. There was a fire next door to our room at 4am and the noise of the smoke extraction fans and the smoke alarms was HORRENDOUS and the staff told us everything was ok when I could barely see him through the smoke in the hall. They told us nothing and when I looked out our window, we saw smoke belching out of nextdoors window which left us very nervous for most of the rest of the night. No communication from hotel and they got on as if nothing happened. Absolutely Unacceptable for this level of non communication with such a serious situation. The cleaner told us that the scary loud grinding noise was the smoke fan (thankfully positioned in between our room and the room on fire) working overtime and the noise of steel grinding was adding to the fear of everyone especially in and around that hallway......

It took them 3 hours to give us the room and they didn't offer any solution to the problem, only to make us wait. They could have given us a room, even if it wasn't ours, to shower and rest, but they decided against it and left us stranded in reception to wait.

The elevator was broken during the 4 days we were there, even though we were on the fourth floor. It is a fact that can happen, but I think the staff should have fixed it, for example by helping us bring up our suitcases at the entrance, etc. They simply informed us that we had to use the stairs.

Very good value for money. Apartments for 4 people, perfect for sharing with a group of friends. Reasonably comfortable sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Hotel restaurant is very well priced, food is very good and staff is very friendly.

They charge you a €200 deposit per apartment, which no one tells you about in advance. The heating is out of control. There is little information about the ski resort buses at reception. They don't provide you with toilet paper or rubbish bags.
