          Hemos estado muy bien, la habitación grande, limpia y con balcon con vistas al mar. La ubicación del hotel directo a la playa y al paseo marítimo para poder pasear. El servicio en el buffet perfecto, reponían antes de que se vaciaran las bandejas. Si tenemos ocasión volveremos a ir.
          La comida del buffet. La calidad estaba muy bien por el precio que se paga, pero tenían poca variedad.

          Nos an dado una habitación q por no tener no tenia ni número de habitación. Nos encontramos la puerta abierta dos veces, por suerte no echemos nada de menos. Las camas horribles, las almohadas pésimas, apoyabas la cabeza y tocabas el colchón. La ducha cada vez que te duchabas salía el agua para fuera. Referente a la comida, lamentable, poca variedad y calidad mala. Te cobran la bebida, incluso la agua del grifo. Tema animación, coincidimos con un grupo de jubilados, está todo destinado a ese público. Horarios, que la cena empiece a las 20'00 y termine a las 21'45 ya te deja claro a q publico está destinado. Nosotros no repetiremos seguro!!

I think the hours should be extended for breakfast and lunch, and for the all-inclusive plan, the drinks in the restaurant are very limited, as is the selection of ice cream at the bar. The bar should extend the all-inclusive service hours until 11 p.m...

          The hotel is very good value for money, beachfront, and the staff are very friendly and hardworking. (Except for two important ones)

          The negative aspect of that hotel is the dining room manager, Jordi. We witnessed and experienced his lack of manners and respect with different guests on several occasions. He's a cocky, arrogant man. And Pilar, a staff member, has very poor interpersonal skills, and her job involves dealing directly with people. This creates problems every 15 minutes; you only have to stand by the dining room door for a while to see how she treats people.

Y la trabajadora Pilar, una persona con poco don de gentes y su trabajo es tratar directamente con las personas , eso crea problemas cada 15 min , solo tienes que quedarte mirando la puerta del comedor un rato y ver cómo trata a las personas
