The reception staff was very friendly. We weren't even aware of which room we had booked (right above the pool on the first floor). Upon arrival and seeing it, we asked to change because my husband is sick and all the noise is really upsetting him. They were extremely kind, and despite the hotel being full, they gave us a new room. The location is very close to the beach, 200 metres away. The food was good.
La amabilidad del personal de recepción, no fuimos conscientes de la habitación que cogimos( justo encima de la piscina en el 1` piso). Al llegar y verla pedimos cambiarla pues mi marido está enfermo y tanto barullo lo altera mucho; fueron de una amabilidad extrema y a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno,nos proporcionaron una nueva habitación.
La ubicación está muy cerca de la playa a 200 mtrs..
La comida estaba bien.

Supongo que los camareros tienen esas instrucciones pero es que era incómodo porque estaban excesivamente vigilantes. Te retiraban los platos muy muy rápidamente todavía estabas con el último bocado en la boca y el tenedor en la mano que ya te retiraban el plato. Una de las veces me fijé en un comensal que tenía dos platos que iba comiendo, en uno tenía lo que sería la guarnición y en el otro dos trozos de pescado a la plancha, pues resulta que se acabó primero una de las piezas del pescado y fue la camarera a retirarle el plato y le hizo poner el otro trozo de pescado que le quedaba en el plato de la guarnición para así podérselo llevar, increíble, yo no daba crédito a lo que veía.
Además retiraban la comida antes del horario, cuando preguntamos porqué nos dijeron que ya habíamos entrado todos los que teníamos que comer y ya no entraría nadie más. A ver qué ya estábamos en los postres però y si alguien se lo repiensa y de pronto quiere comer algo más? Pues ya no podría. Este tipo de cosas són desagradables
