The beds were comfortable, the buffet didn't have much variety but the food was very tasty and well cooked.

Hemos ido a dos hoteles de está cadena y siempre nos deja gratamente sorprendidos la calidad y gran variedad de las comidas, además del sabor, está todo muy muy rico. Destaco la amabilidad del personal que siempre estuvieron atentos, disponibles y resolvieron cosas que fueron surgiendo en la mayor brevedad. La ubicación a escasos metros de la playa es ideal y las vistas al mar de la habitación preciosas.

The food was good, the room was clean and in a good location.
Comida bien, limpieza habitación buena y en buena ubicación.
One of the two elevators was out of order from the second day and they didn't fix it the entire week we were there... Going up and down in the other elevator required either a lot of patience or a lot of luck. A disgrace! The pools were very crowded and dirty, especially pool II; black bits were sticking out of the pool walls. The entertainment was very limited and poor... it ended at 11:15 pm, barely an hour before they kicked you out of the bar too.

The elevator was out of order on the first day and still wasn't working five days later, leaving only one elevator for the entire hotel. Just like last year. The bathroom cleaning was very poor until the housekeeper sorted it out.

The lift is a nightmare to wait for; I was lucky to be on the third floor, so I was two floors from the buffet and one from the exit. Otherwise the waits are endless — it took me 14 minutes to get from the car park to my room.

The hotel is very well located. The dining room and the upstairs pool area have been renovated, but now they should renovate the rooms. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the staff. The entertainment team is fantastic, but especially Gladis, who is delightful and always attentive to making sure the guests are comfortable and participate in all the activities. We really enjoyed her aquagym and water polo lessons , and the waiters in the bar downstairs are super friendly. The cleanliness of the sixth floor is impeccable. The restaurant staff are also very friendly. The food is very good, and the desserts are spectacular. This is the second year we've gone, and we will definitely be back.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado ,el comedor y la zona de la piscina de arriba la han reformado pero ahora deberían reformar las habitaciones.Pero lo mejor sin duda es el personal,el equipo de animación estupendo pero sobre todo Gladis un encanto y siempre pendiente de que los clientes estén agusto y participen de todas las actividades hemos disfrutado mucho con su aquagym y water polo y en el bar de abajo los camareros son super amables.La limpieza de la sexta planta impecable .En el restaurante también muy amables.La comida muy buena y los postres espectaculares.Es el segundo año que vamos y sin duda repetiremos.

Lentitud en los ascensores: En horas punta (comidas y cenas) se forman colas y esperas para usar los ascensores. Nosotros tuvimos que subir y bajar las maletas por las escaleras.
Restaurante. A pesar de haber variedad, nos ha pasado varios días que se acaba alguna comida 30 minutos antes del final del servicio y ya no reponían.
Todo incluido. Pasa lo mismo, sobre todo con los helados , todos los días se quedaban sin alguno de ellos. También nos pasó dos días con los batidos.
Dificultad de aparcamiento. Es difícil aparcar cerca y el hotel tiene parking pero con plazas limitadas.
En el todo incluido no entran las botellas de agua. Hay agua gratis pero te la sirven o sirves tú en un vaso, y eso es para todo el mundo, porque por ley no pueden negar el agua a nadie. Si pides botellas de agua la pagas. ( Primer hotel con todo incluido que me encuentro esto)

The rooms are fine — the interior furniture and bathroom have been renovated, though the interior doors are in poor condition. They have a very pleasant terrace, but you can only see the sea from the top two floors.
The staff are very friendly and attentive: reception, housekeeping, waiters, entertainers...
The main areas aren’t very large but are comfortable. The café is nice, with plenty of small tables and glass walls, which makes it very pleasant. There is an outdoor terrace by the pool for drinks. The pool loungers are comfortable and relatively new.
Las habitaciones no están mal, han reformado el mobiliario interior y el baño, pero las puertas de paso están fatal. Tienen una terraza muy agradable, pero sólo se ve el mar si estás en las 2 últimas plantas.
El personal es muy amable y atento: recepción, limpieza, camareros, animadores...
Los espacios comunes no son muy grandes pero son confortables. La cafetería está bien, con bastantes mesitas y paredes de cristal por lo que resulta muy agradable. Hay terraza exterior junto a la piscina para tomar algo. Las tumbonas de la piscina son cómodas y bastante nuevas.
The beds are uncomfortable. One of them had the base and mattress in poor condition so you sank into it. We reported this to reception when we left and they said they would check it. We didn’t mention it earlier because we only stayed 2 nights and there were 3 beds in the room, so as there were just two of us we used the other one.
The hot water is unstable; the temperature fluctuates constantly so you either freeze or scald yourself.
There are too few lifts and they are very slow for so many guests, with huge queues to go up or down at any time, so you end up using the stairs. This is a problem if you have to climb 3, 4 or 5 floors, are carrying suitcases or have mobility issues. I don’t want to think what it will be like in July and August when the hotel is full.
There are long queues at the entrance to the restaurant. The food is very basic for a 4-star hotel; there is variety but everything is simply prepared and of average/low quality.
Las camas son incómodas. Una de ellas tenía el somier y colchón en malas condiciones por lo que te hundías. Lo dijimos en recepción al marcharnos y comentaron que lo revisarían. No avisamos antes porque sólo estuvimos 2 noches y además en la habitación había 3 camas y cómo sólo éramos 2 usamos la otra.
El agua caliente no es estable, varia constantemente la temperatura por lo que te congelas o te quemas.
Los ascensores son escasos y muy lentos para tantos huéspedes, unas filas tremendas para subir o bajar a cualquier hora por lo que acabas usando las escaleras. Esto es un problema si tienes que subir 3,4,5 plantas, llevas maletas o tienes problemas de movilidad. No quiero ni pensar lo que ocurrirá en Julio y Agosto con el hotel lleno.
En el acceso al restaurante se forman bastantes colas. La comida es muy básica para un 4 estrellas, hay variedad pero todo con elaboraciones muy sencillas y calidad media/baja.

Food was not very varied; on more than one occasion an item ran out and was not restocked because they said they had none left. The waiters were unfriendly — when you went for a second helping they didn’t clear the empty plates. For Halloween there was very little decoration and the costume reply was dull; the entertainment was poor. I stayed last year at their Calafell hotel and it was much better — I will go back to Calafell.
Comida poco variada ,en más de una ocasión se acababa un producto y no lo reponían porque decían q ya no les quedaba,camareros antipáticos q ibas por el segundo plato y no te recogían los platos q estaban vacíos ,de cara a hallowen la verdad que poca decoración y de cara al concurso de disfraces todo muy soso una animación pésima,el año pasado estuve en el que tienen en calafell y muchísimo mejor volveré a ir a Calafell
