We liked the hotel entrance, the pool, the buffet, the staff, and the cleanliness.
Gustó la entrada del hotel,la picina,el buffet,el personal y la limpieza.
On the first day of arrival they don't let you eat at the buffet, the price of a large bottle of water is €3, a rip-off, the lighting is poor and the beds are small and uncomfortable.

Good buffet food. Location near Adventure Park. Easy car park nearby. Good management of the pool loungers; if you're not there, they take your towels.

Very little entertainment. I visited the hotel five years ago during the pandemic, and I liked it more. It should be improved. Drinks at the pool bar are too expensive.

I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic. The food is delicious, and there's everything, so much variety, and every day is a surprise. The staff is super friendly. I want to give a shout-out to one of the waitresses, Gemma, who's super nice and cheerful! I hope to return as soon as I can! Everything is 10/10!

Next to PortAventura. Comfortable mattress. Basic but good buffet breakfast. Large, free car park area around the hotel.
Al lado de PortAventura. Colchón cómodo. Desayuno básico pero bueno, tipo bufete. Zona amplia y libre de aparcamiento al rededor del hotel.
We travelled with one adult and two children, aged 9 and 13. In the spa area we were only able to use the pool (the water was warm/cold), as the jacuzzis, although there was no one else in the spa, the lifeguard said that children under 16 could not use them, not even accompanied by an adult. The sauna was turned off. The water in the shower in the room was warm to cold. You have to bring shower gel and shampoo, as the one they have is very liquid and very bad. And there is no plug in the headboard area of the bed, so you have to connect mobile phone chargers to the only plug on the other side of the room, under the TV.
Hemos viajado un adulto y dos niños, de 9 y 13 años. En la zona del Spa solamente pudimos usar la piscina (el agua estaba templada/fria), ya que los jacuzzis, aunque no había nadie más en el spa, el socorrista dijo que los menores de 16 no podían hacer uso, ni siquiera acompañados de un adulto. La sauna estaba apagada . El agua en la ducha de la habitación salía templada tirando a fría. Hay que llevar gel y champú, ya que el que tienen es muy líquido
Y muy malo. Y no hay enchufe en la zona del cabecero de la cama, por lo que hay que conectar cargadores de móvil en el único enchufe que está del otro lado de la habitación, debajo de la
