10 Maruxa Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com April 2023 Fantastic hotel to go with children, many activities and a pool with Water Slides. The entertainment is exceptional, all of them: Elena, Leonardo, Luca, Sophie, Jam, etc... The wonderful buffet and the 24-hour area with many options for both fruit and salads, as well as pastries (churros, cake, palm trees, etc... ) and hamburgers, dogs, potatoes, onion rings, come on, for all tastes. The dining and cleaning staff are super attentive and pleasant, always trying to make our stay great.

Fantástico hotel para ir con niños, muchas actividades y piscina con toboganes. La animación es excepcional, todos ellos: Elena, Leonardo, Luca, Sophie, Jam, etc… El buffet estupendo y la zona de 24 horas con muchas opciones tanto de frutas y ensaladas, como de bolleria (churros, bizcocho, palmeras, etc…) y hamburguesas, perritos, patatas, aros de cebolla, vamos, para todos los gustos. El personal tanto de comedor como de limpieza super atentos y agradables siempre intentando que nuestra estancia fuera estupenda.

Faltan mas hamacas y sombrillas en la zona de piscina y la gente las reserva muy temprano y despues no las usan en todo el dia, deberian controlar mas esto. Algún trabajador de recepción fue algo desagradable el dia de la salida.

Lo mejor del hotel son las habitaciones, que son amplias y con balcón.

Worst of all is the reggaeton music that they have at the pool at a volume that is not even half normal. From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there is a DJ playing, creating an unbearable DISCOHOTEL atmosphere. EVERY DAY. You have to speak loudly, you can't read, you can't take a nap, in short, impossible to rest. As you get a room near the pool you will remember what you are reading. I don't understand how they have this policy since so many people complained, so much so that we (two married couples with three children in total) left every afternoon in search of beaches and a more relaxed atmosphere. - The pool is small for the number of people and obsolete, the water is cloudy and dirty - The area with Water Slides for children is fine, renovated, away from the noise of music and fine, but BEWARE the water is not heated, very cool for kids - In short, we will never return to this hotel.

Lo peor de todo es la música reggaeton que tienen en la piscina a un volumen que no es ni medio normal. Desde las 11:00.- h de la mañana hasta las 18:00..- h hay un dj pinchando creando un ambiente de DISCOHOTEL insufrible. TODOS LOS DÏAS. Tienes que hablar a gritos, no puedes leer, no puedes dormir la siesta, en definitiva imposible descansar. Como te toque una habitación cerca de la piscina te acordarás de lo que estás leyendo. No entiendo como tienen esta política ya que muchísima gente se quejaba, tal es así que nosotros (dos matrimonios con tres niños en total) nos marchábamos todas las tardes en busca de playas y un ambiente más relajado. - La piscina es pequeña para el número de personas y obsoleta, el agua está turbia y sucia - La zona de toboganes para los niños está bien, reformada, alejada del estruendo de la música y bien, pero OJO el agua no está climatizada, muy fría para los niños. - En definitiva, no volveremos nunca más a este hotel.
