This resort is located near the marina and the beach (about 300 m), on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. It is close to an area where there are several restaurants and many sports options. The center of Puerto Rico, the shopping and nightlife to be found about 5 minutes. The Holiday World amusement park and Aqua Park are both about 20 minutes by car or public transport. There are bus connections just 400 meters away and Gran Canaria Las Palmas is approximately 45 km away. The complex comprises 40 apartments spread over 3 floors. There is a reception hall with cloakroom, plus a supermarket and a cafeteria. Guests can relax in the bar and Internet access is also offered. The apartments come with a twin bedroom and a separate living room with sofa bed and kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and coffee / tea makers.
