The bungalows are very close to the beach, as well as sports and leisure options, bars and restaurants, which guests can walk to. The marina is located near the complex, in the sunny part of Puerto Rico. There are also many shops nearby and the bus station is about 200 m away. Gran Canaria Airport is about 45 km away. This quiet complex was completely renovated in 2009 and consists of 16 bungalows. It offers a reception hall / lobby with a cloakroom. The bungalows come with one or two separate bedrooms with two beds each. They come with a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and microwave. They also have a private bathroom with shower and terrace with table, chairs and hammocks. Other standard features are cable / satellite TV and a safe. A few meters from the complex, guests can enjoy all kinds of water and sports activities, such as boat trips, sailing, miniature golf, tennis, squash and paddle tennis (all of which incur additional charges). Guests can take a dip in the outdoor saltwater pool and there is also a children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Other water sports available for a fee are water skiing, jet skiing, scuba diving, windsurfing, torpedo boat, sailing, catamaran and canoeing. On the nearby sandy beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas available to guests (for an extra charge).
