El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación amplia. Bien comunicado aunque está alejado del centro, ideal para ir a descansar. El personal es muy amable.
La comida muy repetitiva, para un finde ideal pero para una semana se hace pesado. Los huéspedes reservan las hamacas de las piscinas con las toallas, y no hacen uso de la piscina. Se van fuera durante horas, por lo que quien quiere disfrutar de la piscina puede que se quede sin poder tumbarse.

El hotel es una maravilla, la situacion donde se encuentra. Piscina y cala al lado. La habitacion super comoda grande limpia y muy comoda. El personal exepcional siempre con una sonrisa, resolviendo cualquier demanda. Desde ropa de cama, comida, productos de higiene, toallas, etc
Personas que escriben reseñas que no son justas con la realidad. Cocinera Miriam de la piscina persona entregada y amable con todo el mundo. Se le echa de menos si no esta. No vi a nadie pasar hambre ni que no encontraran nada bueno en las comidas. Reponen y en todo momento. No es justo esos comentarios que lei, cuando es un personal de 10.

The air conditioning could not go below 25°C (enough for some and hot for others). The wine at meals was a bit warm. Red wine at "room temperature" but at 15°C, not at 31°C, white wine without an ice bucket at 31°C is not drinkable after 15 minutes. In the main pool I think there should be some more rules, such as not playing with the ball, in the end being aware of the ball is not pleasant. A detail that I do not agree is at 7 or 8 am 85% of the hammocks with the towel on and no one in the enclosure.
El aire acondicionado no podíamos bajar de 25°C (para algunos sufiente y para otros calor). Cuestión del vino en las comidas, un poco caliente. En la piscina principal creo que debería de haber alguna norma más, como no jugar con el balón, al final estar pendiente del balón no es nada agradable. I am going to go overboard in this review, as I can't put it in two sentences.
The hotel is spectacular as a whole, I had never been but I will be back for sure. It is a very family friendly hotel with couples and couples with young children,
I came with my mother and my two teenage children to spend a week and the four of us are looking forward to more.... My 13 year old daughter says that her vacation at the hotel was short.
Let's start at the beginning.
You get to the hotel from the top, yes yes, from the 5th floor, since the hotel is on a cliff and you go down floors until you get to the ground floor where the beach is. The reception girl was very attentive and friendly, a 10. The rooms we stayed in were in block 3 because it has several blocks of accommodation, we were next to the pool on the ground floor and overlooking the sea. The room was an apartment type with kitchen, but we did not use it as we had everything included in our accommodation. The room was large, complete and very clean, everything worked well .... Fridge, TV, air conditioning, which sometimes you get to every hotel that scares you, not this one, this one was perfect. The meals were spectacular, more than enough quantities, everything was delicious and every night thematic dinners, the staff was very attentive and helpful, a 10 for them, and another 10 for the hotel's kitchen. The hotel has two pools, one on the 4th floor quieter with its bar, that floor is also the mini club and a pool with a playground inside.perfect for small children.
On floor 0 is the play pool, entertainment all day and when I say all day is all day, games for children and adults all morning and afternoon, music, you do not have time to get bored if you want. Besides you have 4 descents to the maritime cove by sand or rocks you choose.
The staff at the pool bar is very attentive and always helpful. There is also a snack bar for snacking between meals if you feel like it. The all-inclusive includes a cocktail menu among many other drinks.
And for the end I leave the best. The entertainment team is impressive, and I repeat myself when I say that I travel a lot and I have never come across a human animation team like this. From the morning they entertain you, in the afternoon more of the same and at night .... after dinner the daily show in a mini theater, entertaining and varied show with a professionalism above average and very very successful numbers. And if it was not enough then music at the pool bar where dancing, singing and drinking until 00:00 where all guests are allowed to sleep, logical and normal. To the whole animation team I give a 100 because a 10 does not reach the soles of their shoes. They are the best I've seen in my life and I travel a lot. That said I can say little more. I will be back and with that all is said and wherever I go I will recommend this hotel because it really deserves it for all its set. I hope you are lucky enough to live the experience of staying in this hotel.
Me voy a exceder en esta reseña, ya que no puedo ponerla en dos frases.
El hotel es espectacular en su conjunto, nunca habia estado pero volvere seguro. Es un hotel muy familiar con parejas y matrimonios con niños pequeños,
Vine con mi madre y mis dos hijos adolescentes a pasar una semana y los cuatro nos vamos con ganas de mas.... Mi hija de 13 años dice que le quedaron cortas las vacaciones en el hotel.
Empecemos por el principio.
Llegas al hotel por su parte superior, si si por la planta 5. Ya que el hotel esta en un acantilado y vas bajando plantas hasta llegar a la planta cero donde esta la playa. La chica de recepción muy atenta y amable un 10. Las habitaciónes que cojimos estaban en el bloque 3 por que tiene varios bolques de alojamientos, nosotros estabamos alado de la piscina en la planta cero y con vistas al mar. La habitación era tipo apartamento con cocina,pero no la usamos al tener todo incluido en nuestro alojamiento. La habitación era grande completa y muy limpia, todo funcionaba bien.... Nevera, tv aire acondiciado, que a veces llegas a cada hotel que mete miedo, este no,este todo perfecto. Las comidas espectaculares, cantidades mas que de sobra todo buenisimo y todas las noches cenas tematicas, el personal muy atento y servicial un 10 para ellos,y otro 10 para la cocina del hotel. El hotel tiene dos piscinas, una en la planta 4 mas tranquila con su bar, esa planta tambien esta el mini club y una piscina con paque dentro.para niños pequeños perfecto.
En la planta 0 esta la piscina ludica, animacion todo el dia y cuando digo todo el dia es todo el dia, juegos para niños y mayores toda la mañana y toda la tarde, musica,no tienes tiempo a aburrirte sino quieres. Aparte tienes 4 bajadas a la cala maritima por arena o por rocas tu escojes.
El personal del bar de la piscina muy atentos y siempre servicial . Ademas tienes el snack para picar algo entre horas si te apetece. En el todo incluido entra una carta de cocteles incluidos entre otras muchas bebidas.
Y para el final dejo lo mejor. El equipo de animación es impresionante, y me repito al decir que viajo bastante y nunca coincidi con un equipo humano de animación igual. Desde por la mañana te entretienen, por la tarde mas de lo mismo y por la noche....despues de cenar el show diario en un mini teatro, show ameno y muy variado con una profesionalidas por encima de la media y numeros muy muy logrados. Y si fuese poco despues musica en el bar de la piscina donde bailar cantar y beber hasta las 00:00 en donde se deja dormir a todos los huespedes, logico y normal. Al equipo completo de animación le doi un 100 porque un 10 no les llega a la suela de los zapatos. Son de lo mejor que vi en toda mi vida y viajo bastante. Dicho esto poco mas puedo poner. Volvere y con eso queda todo dicho y haya donde vaya recomendare este hotel ya que de verdad lo merece por todo su conjunto. Espero que tengais la suerte de vivir la experiencia de hospedaros en este hotel.
