This is a very active cultural and artistic area, as the Arriaga Theatre is 300 m and 800 m the Guggenheim is located. In the vicinity are restaurants and clubs, but at the same time, the area is very quiet. Next to the bus stop 50, 56 and 77, there is a tram stop (Mercado la Ribera), the railway resort (Abando and Atxuri) and underground (Abando and Casco Viejo). Bilbao Airport is 10 km.
