As soon as we arrived, the accessibility was disastrous, and upon entering it showed signs of neglect, the room was not clean, the shower screen was covered in limescale from a thousand years ago and there were signs of rust on some of the metal objects, the bedspread had suspicious stains, cockroaches and crickets in the room, THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING, as for food, there were days when the food was inedible and others when something was edible, there was no variety in the food for children, this hotel was only designed for an older audience, as for activities it left a lot to be desired, they were somewhat boring, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as for the price it was a shame, also the outdoor car park had to be paid for, otherwise you would have to leave your car on the street, not to mention that there was hardly any space.
Nada más llegar la accesibilidad desastrosa, y al entrar da muestras de dejadez, habitación no limpia, la mampara de la ducha con cal de hace mil años y muestras de óxido en algunos de los objetos de metal, la colcha de la cama con manchas un poco sospechosas, cucarachas y grillos en la habitación, NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO, en cuanto ha comida días en que la comida era incomible y otras que algo se dejaba comer, para niños de comida no hay variedad, solo está pensando este hotel para un público mayor, en cuanto actividades deja mucho que desear algo aburridas, no recomendaré a nadie este hotel ya que por el precio es un pasote, además el parking exterior hay que pagarlo, sino tienes que dejar el coche en la calle sin contar que no hay apenas sitio.

El hotel si bien es antiguo se nota que poco a poco lo van remodelando y esta bastante bien mantenido, cuenta con varias cosas para hacer dentro como ping pong, pool, minigolf, 2 piscinas, futbolin, pilates etc etc. La atención excelente en todas las áreas.
En el buffet mejoraria el sistema para que la comida se mantenga mas caliente, ya que en varias ocasiones al servirme, estaba practicamente fria. y por otro lado tambien mejoraria el orden/ubicacion de la comida, ya que hay un sector dulce, pero luego al lado de todo lo salado y caliente ponen algo mas dulce, y queda mezclado.

Good service upon arrival, spacious superior studio with good beds and a terrace with very nice mountain views. Small kitchenette to get you through the day, cleaning every day, very good and complete buffet breakfast with great variety, close to Puerto de la Cruz, 6 minutes by car. Car Park inside for €5 was also good as car park outside was difficult. Good heated and large pools, and the tranquility! I recommend it.
Buena atención al llegar, estudio superior amplio con buenas camas y una terraza con vistas a la montaña muy bonitas. Cocinita pequeña para salir del paso, limpieza cada día, desayuno buffet muy bueno y completo gran variedad, cerca de puerto de la Cruz a 6 minutos en coche. Aparcamiento dentro por 5€ también estuvo bien ya que fuera cuesta aparcar. Buenas piscinas climatizadas y grandes, y la tranquilidad! Lo recomiendo.

We didn't like the food at all, the quality was very low, we chose this hotel because of the facilities but above all because the comments gave a good rating to the food. A big disappointment, we had half board, when we arrived for dinner, which was around 8:30 or 21:00h., most things were gone and always the same food. The room was quite large. In the room's kitchen they could provide a cleaning kit in case you need to clean a glass or any utensils that are needed.
La comida no nos gustó nada, la calidad bajísima, elegimos este hotel por las instalaciones pero sobre todo porque los comentarios daban buena puntuación a la comida. Una gran decepción, teníamos media pensión, cuando llegábamos a la cena que era sobre las 20.30 o 21.00 la mayoría de cosas no quedaban y siempre la misma comida. La habitación era bastante grande. En la cocina de la habitación podrían facilitar un kit de limpieza por si necesitas limpiar un vaso o cualquier utensilios que se necesite.
