It is located 50 meters from the sandy beach "Playa Norte de Peñíscola" and is located in a residential neighborhood next to the sea. Lift and terrace. It offers accommodation with kitchen and air conditioning. All apartments sleep 4 people and have a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. 2.7 Rosa Maria Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com May 2025 Basic The main areas outside the apartment were very clean, as was the pool and the location. The sheets were the only thing that was clean. They provide pots and pans, but I recommend not cooking anything in them. The only positive thing is the view from the apartment building. But little else.

I wouldn't return to this place. Honestly, it doesn't have the basic amenities that an apartment should have, not even dish soap (they give you a small packet, so you can't even wash a single dish with that). The dishes were dirty, and the floor was beyond belief. We brought my pet, who was paying €15 a night (which seems like an exorbitant price to me for having a Chihuahua in the apartment), and we had to clean the floor as soon as we arrived, sweeping and mopping because it was so, so dirty it was disgusting. The bathroom light didn't work; we had to shower with the light off and also with cold water because the hot water didn't work. The door in one of the bedrooms doesn't close because it doesn't fit. The sheets were fine, but the blankets they provide in the closet aren't washed or at least smell terrible. The kitchen isn't clean; everything sticks to the pans and they're not clean, there are no basic cleaning products, no toilet paper... a real disappointment, really.

No volvería a este sitio, la verdad que cosas tan básicas que deben de tener un piso no las tiene, ni jabón para lavar los platos (te dan un mini sobre que con eso no friegas ni un solo plato). La vajilla estaba sucia, el suelo ni hablar de ello, nos llevamos a mi mascota que pagaba 15€ la noche (me parece un precio muy desorbitado por tener a un chihuahua en el piso) y tuvimos que limpiar el suelo nada más llegar barriendo y fregando porque estaba tan pero tan sucio que era asqueroso. La luz del aseo no funcionaba nos tuvimos que duchar con la luz apagado y también con agua fría ya que el agua caliente no funcionaba. Uno de los dormitorios no cierra la puerta ya que no encaja, las sábanas estaban bien pero las mantas que te proporcionan en los armarios no las lavan o por lo menos huelen fatal. La cocina no está limpia, las sartenes se pega todo y no están limpias, no hay productos básicos de limpieza, no hay papel… una decepción la verdad.
