The stay has been excellent. Friendly staff, breakfasts and dinners very rich and with the right amount. The bedrooms are nice and the beds very comfortable. Quality price of 10. Highly recommended

Personal amable, desayunos y cenas muy ricos y con cantidad correcta. Las habitaciones son agradables y las camas muy cómodas .

Very rich and varied breakfast. The ideal bedrooms to rest without noise. The restaurant's dishes are of high quality.
Desayuno muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones ideales para descansar sin ruidos. Los platos del restaurante son de calidad.
The half board system would change it. You must choose a first course to share between two. Many dishes carry a surcharge for half board.
El sistema de media pensión lo cambiaría. Debes elegir un primer plato para compartir entre dos. Muchos platos llevan suplemento para la media pensión.

Cleaning. The girl at the reception was good.
Limpieza.La chica de la recepción bien.
First, in the bedrooms you can hear absolutely everything. Second, the half board and breakfast are miserable. You cannot offer an MP and then find that the first is shared and the second is scarce (because it is restrained). There is always the Same menu, many things are of poor quality. As if that were not enough, you complain and they make a bad face, when the only thing we said was that this MP had never happened to us in any hotel in our lives. And on top of that they tell us That to offer that price it has to be like that. By the way, part of what was on the menu had a surcharge even if you had paid the MP. Pathetic. Breakfast is a buffet but as if it weren't. 2 sliced sliced bread toasts half and if you want more you have to ask continuously, the coffees the same, the hot milk the same, 2 or 3 glasses of fruit that contain 2 mandarin segments, a micropiece of melon, another of kiwi and a grape. Cereals bad, bad pastries, yes, 5 types of cake as if that were a good breakfast. Lick ntable. There are many better hotels than this one for the same price. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Primero,en las habitaciones se oye absolutamente todo.Segundo,la media pension y el desayuno son miserables.No se puede ofrecer una MP y luego encontrarte con que el primero se comparte y el segundo es escaso(por ser comedido).Siempre hay el mismo menú,muchas cosas son de mala calidad.Por si eso fuera poco,te quejas y te ponen mala cara,cuando lo unico que dijimos era que no nos habia pasado en ningún hotel en nuestra vida lo de esta MP.Y encima nos dicen que para ofrecer ese precio tiene que ser así.Por cierto,parte de lo que habia en el menú tenía un suplemento aunque hubieras pagado la MP.Patético.El desayuno es buffet pero como si no lo fuera.2 tostadas de pan de molde cortadas a la mitad y si quieres mas tienes que andar pidiendo continuamente,los cafés lo mismo,la leche caliente lo mismo,2 o 3 vasos de fruta que llevan 2 gajos de mandarina,un microtrozo de melón,otro de kiwi y una uva.Cereales malos,bolleria mala,eso si,5 tipos de bizcocho como si eso fuera un desayuno bueno.Lamentable.Hay muchos hoteles mejores que este por el mismo precio.No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Very good hotel in which I have already been. It is located in the center of Vielha surrounded by all amenities within walking distance.
Trés bon hôtel dans lequel je suis déjà allé. Il est situé au centre de Vielha entouré de toutes les commodités accessibles à pied.

The right breakfast, the comfortable room for the price. They have ski storage. It does not have parking, but is easily located in public outdoor parking.
L'esmorzar correcte, l'habitació còmoda pel preu que té. Disposen de guarda-esquís. No té parking, però es troba lloc fàcilment en aparcament públic exterior.
The wifi at night is not good. The walls are thin (in our case, the bathroom in the adjoining room felt great). They do not have an iron for clothes.
El wifi a la nit no va bé. Les parets són fines (en el nostre cas, se sentia molt el bany de l'habitació contigua). No disposen de planxa per a la roba.

We liked the hotel a lot. The situation is fantastic, the rooms are very good, the breakfast varied and rich, but if there is something that stands out as excellent, it is the welcome, attention and treatment of its owner. Unbeatable It certainly invites you to return.
El hotel nos ha gustado mucho. La situación es fantástica, las habitaciones están muy bien, el desayuno variado y rico, pero si hay algo que destacar como excelente, es la acogida, atención y trato de su dueño. Inmejorable. Sin duda, te invita a volver.

The hotel staff is great, very nice and nice people. Rooms very clean and hot. The week we were there could not give us dinner, yet and so we look for a great solution.
El personal del hotel es estupendo, muy buena gente y agradables. Las habitaciones muy limpias y calientes. La semana que estuvimos no pudo darnos de cenar, aún y así nos busco una solución estupenda.
