The location is fantastic. Spacious kitchen pans.

Apartment 1C: The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but if you shower, you have to clean the entire bathroom yourself, and there's no heating. The microwave doesn't rotate. The mattress is wider than the bed frame and very uncomfortable. The television is a 19-inch instructor.

Al servicio es adaptado para minusválidos, si te duchas, tienes que fregar todo el servicio, y en el servicio no hay calefacción. El microondas no gira. Y el colchón es más ancho que el somier y nada cómodo. La televisión es un monitor de 19".

We regret the issues you mentioned in the apartment, including the accessible bathroom and the lack of heating, as well as the microwave and the uncomfortable mattress. In these cases, the best course of action is to inform our staff during your stay so we can address the issue immediately and resolve it as soon as possible. Regarding the mattress, we can consider a replacement, a different pillow, or, if available, a change of accommodation. We hope your next visit will be more satisfactory. Regards.

Nos alegra saber que la ubicación te pareció fenomenal y que el menaje de cocina, como las cacerolas, fue adecuado.
Lamentamos las incidencias que comentas en el apartamento, tanto en el baño adaptado y la falta de calefacción en el mismo, como el funcionamiento del microondas y la incomodidad del colchón. En estos casos, lo más adecuado es avisar a nuestro personal durante la estancia para poder revisarlo en el momento y darle solución lo antes posible. En el caso del colchón, se puede valorar un cambio de colchón, almohada o, si hay disponibilidad, un cambio de alojamiento..
