Coffe was good. Inside in the building everything new. Supermarket and bus station is 3 min from hotel. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Animation Team very sympatish. Swimmingpool is very big but also very cold.
Suntowels cost pro day 2,50 pluss deposit 10 euro. You have to pay to clean the room if you are staying less than 1 week. Lunch is very poor, let say nothing. Full board mean that you have to pay for the drinks, at the breakfast the drink is including. For the bathroom the is sewer smell. If you have to wait till 16 o'clock to get your room, the lockers cost 2 Euro. If you need to open one more time is again 2 Euro. So there is several ruls in the hotel like you are just part of the Holiday.

The truth is that I liked it a lot, very comfortable beds and pillows, the apartments are very good, the pool is fantastic and the staff is very friendly.

Excellent stay in this hotel. No complaints. The quality of the rooms is beyond reproach. The pool and spaces are magnificent.

The mirror in the bathroom has fallen down. We reported it several times. The technician never came.
No towels for the pool unless rented.

No me ha gustado que el primer dia me quede sin almuerzo y merienda porque no habia comida. La comida es de muy mala calidas y muy poca variedad. Quitaron la animacion las actividades de ocio y el entretenimiento de la noche no hay ya, solo el sabado hasta las 10. He estado anteriormente en esre hotel y decir que me lleve un chasco y una gran decepcion. Ha bajado mucho su nivel. Nada mas llegar en la entrada del hotel habian unas 20 personas haciendo reclamaciones sobre la vomida sobretodo.

The hotel seems to have stayed in the 80's and the food at the buffet is terrible, the all inclusive is not worth it because if you want to spend the day out the hotel does not have flexible meal times. The drinks of the all inclusive cheap garrafon.

The hotel sucks, it is old, dirty, ugly, very spoiled, full of patches, poorly maintained, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the towels are not changed every day.
Most of the guests are English so they start drinking alcohol in the morning and at night most of them are drunk so they make a lot of noise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
El hotel pésimo, es viejo, sucio, feo, muy estropeado, lleno de parches, mal cuidado, la limpieza de las habitaciones no la hacen todos los días, las toallas no las cambian todos los días.
La mayor parte de los clientes son ingleses con lo cual empiezan con el alcohol desde por la mañana y por la noche la mayor parte están borrachos con lo cual montan mucho escandalo. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they help you in everything they can and they will help you with anything.
The hotel pool is huge, so you can be very quiet. It is also seawater and is very very clean and has beautiful views.
The rooms, although aesthetically old, are very large and clean.
Underneath the hotel there are stores in case you need to buy sun cream, toothpaste...
El personal del hotel es muy amable, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y se vuelcan contigo para cualquier cosa.
La piscina del hotel es inmensa, por lo que puedes estar muy tranquilo. Ademas es de agua marina y esta muy muy limpia y tiene unas vistas preciosas.
Las habitaciones, aunque esteticamente son viejas, son muy grandes y estan limpias.
Debajo del hotel hay tiendas por si necesitas comprsr crema solar, pasta de dientes...
The all inclusive ends at 22:00, not at 23:00h as it says in the deal.
The cocktails and juices are machine made and do not taste anything like those prepared by a person.
The all-inclusive drinks are private labels. If you want Absolut, Befeater, J&B, Coronita, etc, you have to pay.
The buffet food doesn't taste particularly good. Many things are over salted, other things are swimming in oil, other things taste like nothing....

Los cocktails y zumos son de maquina y no saben ni por asomo como los preparados por una persona.
Las bebidas del todo incluido son marcas blancas. Si quieres Absolut, Befeater, J&B, Coronita, etc, tienes q pagar.
La comida del buffet no sabe especialmente buena. Con muchas cosas se pasan de sal, otras cosas nadan en aceite, otras no saben a nada...
