I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly. We found the exact same hotel, room, dates and conditions for more than €200 less than on the much more popular Booking.com, which made a significant difference to our travel budget.
