          Before arriving, after reading some reviews we did not have high expectations... but it clearly surpassed them! The location was perfect, downtown, next to the beach and restaurants. Also in front of the hotel there was a huge free public car park. The hotel pool was very nice, the sun was shining almost all day long. The rooms were clean, new, with balcony, very nice!
          Antes de llegar, después de leer algunos comentarios no teníamos muchas expectativas... pero claramente las supero!! La ubicación perfecta, centro centro, al lado de la playa y de los restaurantes. Además enfrente tenia un parking publico gratuito enorme. La piscina de hotel muy agradable, pegaba el sol durante casi todo el día. Las habitaciones limpias, nuevas, con balcón, muy bien!!
          Although there was a lot of variety of food, both at breakfast and especially at dinner (they changed every day), the quality was not good. The vegetables looked like they had never touched the ground in their lives, everything was very industrial. Even so, I have to say that they tasted good, but I didn't think they were healthy, and they didn't agree with me.

          Rafa (waiter) a great person and all the kitchen, dining room and reception staff, except for the cleaning service which was disappointing.

          My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed 8 days and the cleaning service was lousy: the bed was only made well one day, the sheets were never changed, the gels and towels were not replaced (I had to go down to reception several times to ask for them) and on several occasions we were left without towels. In addition, the dust and floors were never cleaned properly. For a 3 star hotel, the service received was totally unacceptable. I do not recommend it.
          Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Estuve 8 días y el servicio de limpieza fue pésimo: la cama solo la hicieron bien un día, nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas, no reponían los geles ni las toallas (tuve que bajar varias veces a recepción a pedirlos) y en varias ocasiones nos dejaron sin toallas. Además, el polvo y el suelo nunca se limpiaron bien. Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, el servicio recibido fue totalmente inaceptable. No lo recomiendo.

          We were very surprised by the buffet. The quality of the food is very good for the price we pay. We ate a lot of food. In the mornings they make you omelet and pancakes on the spot.

          The accommodation rooms were super outdated, it can not be that in 2025 the service light will be a florescent of 20 years ago or more. The air conditioning in the room was full of rust and super old did not cool hardly.... A must in a coastal area in summer. The restaurant had little variety and some of the food was not very good. The feeling that gives the hotel is that it is prepared to look good from the outside but then internally in the instance is very poor ...

          The only positive thing that can be highlighted is the buffet breakfast offered by the hotel and the pool service.

          The cleaning service is terrible: - On the first day of arrival, the room was dirty and towels were insufficient. - The beds were not properly made. - The sheets have not been changed for all the days. - The trash can has not been emptied. The rooms are old and we booked a triple room, but we never had enough towels for the three people. At the reception, they did not provide any kind of solution. We filed a complaint form at the establishment.
          El servicio de limpieza es pésimo: - el primer día de llegada la habitación estaba sucia y toallas insuficiente - las camas no estaban bien hechas. - no se nos ha cambiado las sábanas en todos los días. - la papelera no se ha vaciado. Las habitaciones son viejas y reservamos una habitación triple y las toallas ninguna día teníamos para las tres personas. En la recepción no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución Pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones al establecimiento.

          Right in front of the hotel there is a public car park lot. The beach is a 3-minute walk away with plenty of dining options. The staff is very friendly.

          Since we arrived at the room, we noticed a strong smell of urine. The cleanliness was not adequate, they never restocked the toilet paper or took out the trash. The overall attention was pretty bad, to be honest. I wouldn't come back.

          As a positive point I would like to highlight: - car park in front of the hotel, free, depending on the time you arrive it may be a bit hard to find car park but you always see someone with keys in hand... - the work of the dining service, especially, I would like to mention Pablo, who took care of us very well all week. - you also have the possibility to drink water at no cost, which is not a service offered in many hotels. - the location, it is situated in a quite good area.

          As negative: - We stayed a week at this hotel, and we had Half Board, but there was no air conditioning at breakfast or dinner. They had some split units that didn't cool the dining room, so they had to keep the windows open...both guests and hotel staff were hot. - The room cleaning...there were days when they weren't done completely (bathroom not cleaned, or towels...) and they started the service very early, interrupting rest hours.
          Como negativo: - nos alojamos una semana en este hotel, y teníamos régimen media pensión, pues tanto en el desayuno como en la cena , no había aire acondicionado, tenían unos Split , que no llegan a enfriar el comedor , y tenían que tener las ventanas abiertas ...tanto los huéspedes como el personal del hotel, pasados por calor... - la limpieza de las habitaciones...había días que no estaban hechas del todo ( se dejaban en baño, o toallas...) y comienzan muy pronto el servicio , y te interrumpen las horas de descanso
