The food was pretty bad, much was instant and reused from one day to the next and it was noticeable, especially the fruit and bread. The cleanliness of the rooms was quite poor, they only changed the towels sometimes and made the bed, but the floors and the bathroom were dirty and we had to complain about the lack of shampoo and toilet paper. Then the animations were basically in French, they started translating but after a while they only spoke in French and you had to practically guess what they were saying. Also mention that the hotel guests put their towels on the loungers and went all day to the beach, not being able to use the loungers almost all day and the hotel did not take action on the matter being that several customers complained about it and the solution they gave is that we ourselves remove the belongings of the occupied loungers and leave them aside and occupy them, which then generated a discussion with the person who had left their things for hours there.
La comida era bastante mala , mucho era instantáneo y se reutilizaba de un día para el otro y se notaba ,sobre todo la fruta y el pan. La limpieza de la habitaciones era bastante pobre solo cambiaban a veces las toallas y tendían la cama ,pero se notaban los suelos y el baño sucios y tuvimos que reclamar por la no reposición de shampoo ni papel de bater. Luego las animaciones básicamente eran en francés , empezaban traduciendo pero luego de un rato solo hablaban en francés y tenías que prácticamente adivinar lo que decían . También mencionar que los clientes del hotel ponían las toallas en las tumbonas y se iban todo el día a playa ,no pudiendo usar las tumbonas en prácticamente todo el día y el hotel no tomo medidas al respecto siendo que varios clientes nos quejamos de eso y la solución que dieron es q nosotros mismos quitemos las pertenencias de la tumbonas ocupadas y las dejemos a un lado y las ocupemos ,cosa que después generaba una discusión con la persona que había dejado sus cosas por horas ahí.

We have made a very special trip last week, farewell (unfortunately) of a family member and we have been treated wonderfully 10 as family, from reception to waiters ALL ALL many facilities and help in this trip so significant! They changed our room to have a view (raquel), every day they gave us a new surprise, they reserved a restaurant for us to celebrate the birthday of this special person (pablo de 11), they let us take food up to the room because of the inability to go down to the restaurant (waiters (ibraim?): what do you need? We went up!) in short very grateful without knowing how to compensate so much incredible treatment, no doubt I will return to thank in some way everything they did for my father.
Hemos hecho un viaje muy especial la semana pasada, de despedida (por desgracia) de un familiar y nos han tratado de maravilla de 10 como en familia, desde recepcion TODOS hasta camareros TODOS muchas facilidades y ayuda en este viaje tan significativo! Nos cambiaron hab para poder tener vistas(raquel), cada dia nos daban una sorpresa nueva, nos reservaron un restaurante para poder celebrar el cumpleaños de esta persona especial(pablo de 11), nos dejaron poder subir comida a la habitacion por la incapacidad de bajar al restaurante (camareros(ibraim?): que necesitas?
