Very good
We had a technical issue with the airconditioning, the mechanics try to fix it. After 3 days the same issues occurred and the airconditioning leaked water on the bed made it impossible to sleep in the bed. The staff at reception helped us really good with offering a different bungalow. We had to move fast with the luggage at night but the solution saved our holiday. Again thanks to the staff at reception and security for helping us with all

1. The room was run down (broken mirrors, loose tiles, wardrobe held up with wood, etc.). 2. They advertise it as a hotel, but it's a campsite. 3. I booked two rooms and two bungalows, but they gave me four bungalows (the rooms are supposed to be newer). 4. There's no hairdryer, shampoo, or shower gel in the bathroom. 5. The staff is attentive and helpful. The surroundings are pleasant. And they're small cottages, not a closed hotel.

Very far from any town or civilization. All-inclusive - it isn't. Bars only serve drinks and have very limited hours: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. They're always closed. No snacks. Except for a bag of sliced white bread so you have to make your own sandwich. There's no hairdryer; it costs 3 euros per day. Meals were repetitive and took a long time to be replenished. The dining room has no air conditioning, and the terrace is covered with corrugated metal sheeting, which made it very hot. At 6 a.m., roosters start crowing and wake you up. There's no microwave anywhere, and no way to heat baby food or formula, except during mealtimes, which are terrible and short. We were lucky to get a cabin nearby; if yours is far away, you'll be exhausted pushing your suitcases up the hill.

No hay microondas por ningún sitio ni posibilidad de calentar el potito o leche de bebe, excepto en horario de comidas que es malisimo y corto.
Tuvimos suerte y nos toco cabaña cerca si te pilla lejos te mueres empujando maletas por la cuesta.

Es un lugar tranquilo y la comida tenia buen sabor, el personal es agradable.
No volveremos a repetir, fui en pareja y la verdad me decepcionó bastante, demasiada cosas que mejorar empezando por la limpieza cada dos dias y cambio de sabanas cada 4, para colmo el dia que limpiaron dejó mucho que desear, yo diría que ni lo hicieron porque estaba todo sucio lo único que hicieron fue cambiar toallas y tender la cama.
El todo incluido no merece la pena, los horarios te limitan mucho en todo y no puedes disfrutar ni siquiera de los Snack y las comidas por los horarios que tienen nos las tuvimos que saltar en varias ocasiones, puesto que es una zona muy alejada de los distintos lugares, playas y calas a visitar de Palma, además de que los horarios están centrados solo en un publico inglés, incluso la animación. Los horarios de bares también reducidos solo dejan uno y lo más tarde que puedes disfrutar de consumir es hasta las 11:pm. La zona tiene muy mala cobertura y wifi encima de pago. Solo teníamos bien de internet en la recepción y al salir del resort . Las Actividades no se pueden disfrutar por lo mismo los horarios ni siquiera el gym. Llego el turno de la comidas, el sabor estaba bien me gustó, pero repetitiva y con poca variedad, los desayunos sobretodo todos los dias prácticamente lo mismo. En general no tienen variedad además de poco tiempo para comer ya que si llegas un poco mas justo de la cuenta dejan de reponer como media hora de que se cumpla los horarios correspondientes. Bueno conclusión no repetiría y no vale la pena el todo incluido.

We were very surprised by the bungalow we booked, which had stunning sea views and was quite spacious. It was a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. The staff were outstanding; they treated us very well, especially Carolina, who was always smiling and recommending great places to visit. The main areas were quite nice, although admittedly a little neglected, but for a 2-star hotel, they were surprisingly good. The entertainment team who organized the activities were also excellent. We had a truly fantastic week.
Nos ha sorprendido mucho, el bungalow que cogimos con vistas impresionantes al mar y era bastante espacioso, antiguo pero cumplia con todo. A destacar el personal que es de 10, nos han tratado muy bien siempre en especial Carolina siempre con una sonrisa y aconsejandonos sitios chulos para ir. Las zonas comunes bastante bien, si que es cierto que algo descuidadas pero siendo un 2 estrellas nos han sorprendido mucho, y los chicos de animacion que hacian actividades muy bien tambien. Hemos pasado jna semana muy chulanla verdad.

Very good
The resort offers a variety of activities during your stay, and everything is great. The all-inclusive package is well worth it because there’s so much to do, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I don’t have any complaints—they weren’t rude to me—I just didn’t feel like I was treated in a special way as a guest. The hotel is quite far from the best beaches, so I recommend renting a car to make getting around easier.
O quarto é bastante simples, não tem nada de mais, a limpeza poderia melhorar, e o protocolo de atendimento ao cliente poderia ser revisado e um pouco mais rigoroso, não tenho nada a reclamar, não foram mal educados comigo, apenas não senti que era tratada de forma especial como cliente. The entertainment was terrible. If you're going to spend all your time at the hotel, you'll be bored to death. They don't even say good morning and they can't even say hello in Spanish. The family bungalows are spacious and have enough room for four people. The three swimming pools offer more than enough space to find the perfect spot and atmosphere. The room is very good except there is no shower gel. The pools are large; one closes at six in the evening, which is very early, and the other at eight, also quite early. The reception staff are terrible. I had a problem with the key; it was a simple lock, but it wouldn't lock from the outside, it kept getting stuck. But the two keys they gave me didn't work properly, possibly because they were copies of copies... Only when I raised my voice and told him to come with me and that I was fed up with them treating me and my daughter like idiots, did someone with more tact come out and solve the problem. El personal de recepción es pésimo atendiendo. Tuve un problema con la llave, cerradura simple, no cerraba desde fuera, se enganchaba. Tuve que acudir en más de 4 ocasiones para que me atendieran, enviaban al de mantenimiento, que sin preguntar, se dedicaba a echar aceite y ya, pero las 2 llaves que me proporcionaron no funcionaban correctamente, posiblemente por tratarse de copias de copias...Sólo cuando levanté la voz y le dije que me acompañara y que estaba harta de que me trataran a mí y a mi hija como tontas, salió alguien con más tacto y solucionó el problema. Al lado, teníamos la terraza de otro bungalow y los ocupantes se dedican a fumar porros continuamente, y el humo nos alcanzaba, al comentarlo en recepción, la chica me dijo que qué esperaba que hiciera! Bueno, en lugares comunes en un hotel, aunque dé al aire, no se debería permitir creo yo, y no me parece muy legal tampoco.
La ducha estaba mal encarada, con poca presión el agua fría, y se salía por todo el suelo, que como tampoco pasaron a limpiar, quedó todo empapado. Por la tarde-noche se oye bastante jaleo por el grupo de ingleses, en su mayoría, gritando y paseando borrachos por la zona.
La comida bien, poco varido, escasa opciones, nada de comida local ni tan siquiera tomate para untar el pan. La cena opción pescado o carne con carbohidratos variados. demasiados. Horarios para los extranjeros, para nada habituados a los nuestros. Evitaría volver, fui por el precio aunque no fuimos por vacaciones

The hotel is in a great location. It has three pools and ocean views. There are also some stairs that lead you to a secluded spot on the beach where you can watch the sunset. The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant holiday.

People didn't like that it's all-inclusive. The location is great. It's 20 minutes from downtown. The pools are very clean. The staff is very attentive.

Very good
This is the second year I've spent a few days on holiday and the stay has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, the food is good and they also have live cooking stations. The all-inclusive package is fantastic for the price; I will definitely return.

It's a shame that with such a nice hotel, the entertainment is so terrible. I think last year was better; even though there were Spanish people there, not a single word was spoken. They spent all their time taking pictures with the snakes and parrots, not to mention the animal abuse.
