Staff are excellent, very friendly. The porters helping with lockers & parking, a very busy check-in desk was managed very professionally. Nicolas on Guest Relations exceptional as always. The bar & breakfast staff friendly, professional and cordial. Not to forget the drivers - very helpful, a great service.
Wifi network was having an issue that week - it was explained that is not the norm. If I had business calls, I'm not sure what I would have done. I was a little unlucky in my room allocation (225) - both the family rooms were past my room, so I got to sleep when the last child went to bed. Also, the fire door threshold (2) was out side my door, so every case / trolley that rolled over it made a noise - not ideal.

Staff and service excellent. The shuttle service to the tele cabina was first class. Breakfast buffet was great quality and a lot of range. Spa facilities were excellent clean and very relaxing. Rooms were good quality not tired and everything worked. Kettle in room was an added bonus.
Rooms too hot difficult to regulate temp for a good nights sleep.
Evening buffet was very average.

The room is quite big and so comfortable. Also the hotel services are great, such as the transfer to Grandvalira, although it is 200m away, the buffet, the spa. Last but not least, the staff is there to make your stay unforgettable.
The wifi is limited, only 4gb are available, that means streaming content must be downloaded before starting the stay or pay for premium wifi is the another choice.

Liked the decor of the hotel room - although on the small side for a family of four despite being a 'premium room'. Simon on reception was extremely helpful and managed to swap us to a room with a bath (rather than just a shower) despite the hotel being full. New and clean feel. Mini-bus service to slopes worked well although it was a busy week - it was worth getting up early to avoid the queues. We all enjoyed the spa facilities. Food was excellent - great variety and choice for everyone with some exceptional seafood served during the week. Chefs very friendly to the children.
Public areas (bar-lounge area) were a bit 'soul-less' in terms of decor and sometimes staff would be very slow to serve (if indeed they noticed you were there at all). Swimming pool and spa definitely aimed at relaxing rather than actual swimming! Mini-bus drivers seemed to be a bit disgruntled that they were running past the advertised finish time of 5pm for pick-up from the slopes - again, because it was busy you could be at the pick-up point at 5pm and then have to wait for 20-25 minutes before a shuttle became available. It would be better if the service could run until 5.30. If your children don't finish ski school until 4.30 getting to the bus pick-up by 5 is quite difficult. (The drivers were friendly - I don't speak Spanish/Catalan so I may have misunderstood - this was an impression though and another couple said they had had to walk back to the hotel on one occasion.)

Rooms are too small. Especially, for 4 people - sleeping on sofa was very inconvenient.
There is no WiFi in the rooms, restaurant, kids room and Cellular coverage is poor. One day router was down, and there was no WiFi in public areas as well.

An excellent stay at the Park Piolets. The buffet is simply spectacular, one of the best I've ever had in a hotel: a huge variety, high-quality products, and dishes prepared fresh to order that make every meal a truly special experience. Beautiful hotel with very good facilities and services and breakfast and dinner buffet. Triple room a bit small and the heated towel rack did not heat up. Extraordinary treatment and kindness of the staff, they go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable.
