Very pleasant hotel and well located if you have a car. To get to the centre, although there is a bus, it takes about a 10-minute walk to the stop and buses run every half hour. For around €15 you can take a taxi that the hotel will call for you. The bus costs €1.80 — you just have to weigh up time and number of people. There is free car park. The spa is very nice and the rooms are large and comfortable.
Hotel muy agradable y bien ubicado para ir con vehículo. Para ir al centro aunque hay un autobús se necesitan unos 10’ minutos andando y hay cada media hora. Por unos 15€ se pude coger un taxi que te llaman desde el
hotel . El autobús vale 1,80 , es valorar tiempo y número de personas. Hay aparcamiento gratuito. El spa es muy bonito y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas.
The worst thing for me is the buffet — quite little variety and, above all, poor quality. At least there is always a selection of salads. Breakfast is much better than the dinners. That's the only thing I'd criticise. The staff are nice as people, but I think there are too few of them, which creates bottlenecks when it gets a bit busy. Only one person on reception and one in the buffet. Otherwise, fine.
Lo peor para mí es el buffet, bastante poca variedad y sobre todo calidad. Al menos siempre hay variedad de ensaladas. Está mucho mejor el desayuno que las cenas . Es lo único que pondría mal. La atención del servicio bien como persona pero creo falta más personal y eso hace que servicio formen cuellos de botella en cuanto se llena “algo” de gente. Una sola persona en recepción y otra en el buffet. Por lo demás bien.

The hotel is fine; we enjoyed a swim in the outdoor pool.
The spa is spacious, although the sauna wasn’t working.

The stay was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable. The most surprising thing was the dinner. We chose Half Board and didn’t expect that quality (or quantity) for the small extra we paid — it was definitely worth it.
La estancia ha sido estupenda, las camas muy cómodas. Lo más sorprendente fue la cena. Optamos por media pensión y no esperábamos esa calidad (ni cantidad) por la diferencia que abonamos, desde luego mereció la pena.
There were shared bathrooms and at least one lift out of service. And in the spa some jets didn’t work, a shame.

The hotel is very nice, quite large; it’s had a simple renovation but it looks good. The room is spacious and the staff are very friendly. The spa is fine and there were few people; the water is quite shallow for my taste and the jets were always on. The breakfast isn’t very varied, but what there is is fine and sufficient for me. It has a small outdoor pool.

Weekend holiday as a couple. We had Half Board booked but, as there weren’t enough guests to open the dining room, we ate in the à la carte restaurant. Wonderful — good service and high-quality dishes in excellent facilities. We used the gym free of charge and the spa. Free car park outside the hotel. Unbeatable. We will definitely return.
Escapada de fin de semana en pareja.Teníamos media pensión contratada y como no había número suficiente para abrir el comedor, comimos en el restaurante a la carta.De maravilla, buena atención y calidad de los platos en unas buenas instalaciones.Hicimos uso del gimnasio sin coste alguno y del spa.Parking fuera del hotel gratuito.Inmejorable.Repetiremos sin duda.
To mention something, which isn't the hotel's fault: the endemic problem in hospitality — lack of staff — which causes waiting times for service and makes the working staff break a sweat trying to cope with everyone using the bar and restaurant. The staff serving the tables and the bar were a 10.

Renovated and clean, not very crowded, has its own car park. You can tell there are some unfinished details from the hotel and garden refurbishments. Buffet breakfast with a good variety to choose from and they also offer gluten-free options.
Staff very friendly.
And the cleaning is well done.
Spa as shown in the photos. Pool with lifeguard.
The gym is new with virtually brand-new machines. Very complete.
Reformado y limpio, no está muy masificado, sitio para aparcar propio, se nota que está con falta de terminaciones en la reforma del hotel y del jardín. Desayuno bufet con variedad para elegir y también disponen de alimentos sin gluten.
El personal muy amable.

We had booked a triple room and there were only two beds. We had to mention it at reception the next day and they added the third bed.

Hotel on the outskirts of Valladolid, well connected. The room was a pretty good size, and the spa turned out to be better than expected based on the reviews.

The rooms, the gym, the reception, the bar and its terrace are all excellent.
The breakfast is great too.

On the negative side, it's worth mentioning that it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are many outdoor stairs (with a couple of damaged steps on the staircase down from the terrace) leading to the pool, which does not have a handrail for getting in.
Also on the negative side, the dinner is poor. There is no variety. There is also a lack of staff in the dining room, as one person has to clear plates, prepare tables, restock food, etc.
Finally, at breakfast, there are two coffee machines, and one of them stopped working on one of the two days we were there. They should consider adding more machines and, above all, more staff.
In my opinion, the spa is not worth it, as a couple of the jets weren’t working, one of the saunas was out of order, and the other sauna doesn’t close its door, so it doesn't serve its purpose.
En la parte negativa decir que no está adaptado a personas con algún tipo de movilidad.
Hay muchas escaleras exteriores ( con un par de escalones deteriorados, en la escalera que baja de la terraza ) y que dan a la piscina, la cual carece de una barandilla para poder entrar en la misma.
En la parte negativa, de ir que la cena es pobre.
No hay variedad.
Así mismo hace falta personal en el comedor, ya que una sola persona se encarga de recoger platos, acondicionar mesas, reponer comida, etc.
Por último decir que en el desayuno hay dos maquinas de café de las cuales una dejo de funcionar uno de los dos días que hemos estado.
Debieran de plantearse aumentar las maquinas y principalmente el personal.
El spa, a mí entender no merece la pena, ya que un par de chorros están sin funcionamiento, así como también una de las saunas y la otra sauna no cierra la puerta , por lo que no cumple con su cometido.

The dinner was a total rip-off, a buffet like nothing I've ever seen before, in a beautiful room, but the salad was just some tomatoes, lettuce, and so on, for you to make yourself. The chafing dishes they put out didn’t have heaters underneath, so there was some rice with prawns, cauliflower in cream, fish — I think it was tilapia — ribs with nothing, cold potatoes, and some tiny cordon bleus, all of it, of course, cold. I have no idea what kind of chefs they have in the kitchen. The dessert table had no fruit, a runny chocolate pudding that was like Cola Cao, and some little sweets. The woman serving the buffet didn’t take drink orders, didn’t attend to the tables, and sent me to the bar for some glasses of wine. The barman wouldn’t give them to me because I hadn’t brought my wallet down, and they couldn’t charge it to the room — this in a four-star hotel.
Thank goodness we were near Valladolid and could go out for dinner. I had booked two nights but left the next day. At least breakfast was good — there they did have fruit. Such poor treatment of guests; they’d be better off not offering dinner at all.
El engaño de la cena un buffet que no lo he visto en mi vida en un salón precioso pero la ensalada era tomate lechuga etc para hacerse uno,los chafing dish que pusieron sin calentador abajo que era uno arroz con gambas, coliflor en crema, pescado creo que tilapia , costillas sin nada patatas frías y unos pequeños san Jacobo todo por supuesto frío no se que chefs tienen en la cocina,la mesa de postre sin fruta,una natilla de chocolate líquida parecido a un cola cao, y minis dulcitos , la chica que servía el buffet no le podías pedir bebidas no atiende las mesas me mandó a la barra a buscar unas copas de vino ,el barman no me las dio por qué no me había bajado la cartera y no te la pueden cargar a la habitación esto en un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Menos mal que estaba cerca de Valladolid y pudimos cenar tenía dos noches y al día siguiente me fui abandone el hotel el desayuno muy bien allí si pusieron fruta que mal trato a las personas hospedadas es mejor no poner cena.

They didn't mention that the triple room was actually a double with an extra bed.
The breakfast buffet is set up in a very small space, which means you have to queue and squeeze together. There's not much variety, and if you want hot water for tea you have to heat it up in the microwave. If you want a glass, you have to ask for one…
The lunch buffet is even smaller with even less variety. They forgot to turn on the heaters to keep the food warm, so it was cold. We had to reheat the meat in the microwave. They don't have any gluten-free dessert options, and if you want plant-based milk you have to ask the waiter as a favour.
No mencionaron que la habitación triple era en realidad una doble con cama supletoria.
El buffet de desayuno está colocado en un espacio muy pequeño que obliga a hacer cola y amontonarse. Hay poca variedad, si quieres agua caliente para el té hay que calentar agua en el microondas, si quieres un vaso lo tienes que pedir...
El buffet de comida es más escaso todavía y con menos variedad. Olvidaron encender los calentadores para mantener la comida y estaba fría. Tuvimos que recalentar la carne en el microondas. No tienen opciones sin gluten de postre y si quieres leche vegetal le tienes que pedir el favor al camarero.
