The reception and restaurant staff stole our hearts. all very helpful and polite. The meals were very good - kudos to the chefs.
Not all guests respect the rules - in the hallways there was a smell of cigarette smoke.
Some of the equipment requires small investments (e.g. replacement of the bathroom handset).

<p>It was very clean and calm although the hotel is very near to the commercial street which is also a plus when you are in a family holiday.</p>
<p>There is no balcon or veiw trough the window of the room just back yard but nice decorated with lighting trees. My deepest disappointment was the dinner! It was with a menu card, we had to choose between very exotic dishes as we were in gourmet restaurant and after a long wait we were receiving our main dish portions in size as for apetiser with almost no garnish. The bread was given in the begining and we were almost full of bread and drinks until having our meal. And the bread was not good, a semi-rectory brötchen. Bering all day on the runs we were realy hungry (especially the kids) and waiting for dinner 20-30 minutes for the apetiser, after the meal and ...the dessert...!? And small meal portions , not very tasty but plated very good !!! This style of restauration is absolutely not suitable for a family holidays. Maybe for romantical couples voyages is great! The breakfast was in free service and was great, with nice Spanish bread different types ! So, deeply recommend you to change the dinner with the same formula! I myself won't come back to your hotel or either recommend it to a friend just because of the dinner. Also it's not acceptable to pay for the pool especially if his size is like a bathtub. And at last there are no entertaiment place such as billard tables, or games to spend time with the family.</p>

The hotel is quite centrally based and easy to get to all the near by shops etc.
My only negative comment would be that the hotel rooms are very dated in comparison to the rest of the hotel, and we we're given two single beds rather than a double bed

Beautiful interior , good breakfast , convenient location
-Terrible view from the window - red walls ( we had great company and had such a view of the walls in all the rooms )!!!!!!!!!!The streets are not visible at all . As in the cell(((
-The pool is very very small , not even swim there, and costs 7 euros...
-Dinner a la carte dishes . Meat was always raw blood. Waiters always something confused , they brought the wrong dishes . We waited a very long time , yet bring new dishes , so dinner was delayed for 2 hours.
-The room was the smell of cigarettes. Man from the reception handled by some chemical agent with a strong odor and it got worse. Until the end of recreation in the room had a strong odor!!
-The room does not have a battery. It was a big problem to dry things after skiing.
-The hotel does not have a dryer for ski boots

Everything about the hotel, service, rooms, restaurant, choice of food was excellent. The price/quality ratio was perfect. Ski passes ordered were waiting for us at reception upon arrival.
The lack of a view from the room was a bit disappointing, I guess it all depends on the type of room you book.

En el spa estuvimos solos después de reservarlo. Piscina, sauna y duchas para nosotros solos. Desayunos muy bien y bufete.
Comidas y cenas son menús y son escasos. Te quedas con hambre. La bebida no entra en el menú y es cara.

The friendliness of the staff, the food, the restaurant-style half-board with different options each day and the quality and presentation of the food, the cleanliness, the location, and the size of the room were all excellent. Very good overall, and the staff were especially wonderful. The welcome drink and the complimentary flavored water were very nice touches.
La amabidad del personal, la comida, la media pensión tipo restaurante con opciones diferentes cada dia y calidad de la comida y la presentación, la limpieza, la ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación. Muy bueno en general y sobretodo muy bien el personal.
La copa de bienvenida y el agua aromatizada a disposoción son detalles muy agradables.
The lobby, which houses the reception area, lobby bar, cafeteria, and lounge, is cold. The receptionists have an uncomfortable stool to sit on for the entire workday, and it's freezing. The heated pool water is also very cold.
En el hall, que es donde está la recepción, el lobby bar, la cafeteria para las cenas y el salón de estar hace frio.
Los recepcionistas tienen un taburete poco ergonómico para estar toda la jornada laboral y hace frío.
