Good
Wi-Fi was good and evening food
Breakfast was poor, queued to get into restaurant, bar didn’t take card payment but offered tab or cash, tab was wrong when paying the next day trying to charge me for drinks I didn’t have. Dinner not served till 20.00 which was too late for the younger ones. Stayed here 3 times in the past and didn’t seem to have the same atmosphere and probably wouldn’t return. Also parking now is a major extra on the cost at €10 per night.

Basic
The people working in the hotel
It was insanely hot everywhere. Except the pool. Which was cold. Could be nice if it was hot outside. But not in the snow. All the food is boiled to death.

Excellent
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good services. The shuttle bus from the gondola is great too and the village of Ransol is in a pleasant location away from the busy centre of El Tarter. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is excellent and it looked like there were lots of extra additional services if needed such as creche for children and nightclub etc.
Room was a little small, but not a problem. Ransol is up a steep hill from El Tarter, which is fine, but if you want to go out at night it might be a long walk for some.

Nothing really , it’s cheap for a reason , it’s poor.
The room was always left very clean, cleaner was excellent.
Ulesees iand the girl with the long black tied up hair n the resultant were very good also
My room had dog faeces outside the window (601) absolutely disgusting, stunk of urine too
Basically a toilet outside the hotel did nothing about.
The manger was awful, never apologised.
She obviously sets the standards and they are very low.

Very good
Good food, ski bus service
Paid drinks for dinner. Not sure if it is Andorrian thing or just this hotel. Waiting staff was funny when we brought our own watter.
Also funny smell outside hotel. Is there a pig farm nearby?

Have been here on 4 occasions and the hotel seems to get better each time. Staff are always friendly and helpful
Could do with a bit more entertainment as there is nothing close by of an evening, maybe a live band a couple times a week

Very good
Friendly and cosy Hotel with an allround good staff service. I felt in many moments a personalized service from the staff.
The many small features that the Hotel provide can serve different types of folks, and because of that is a always a safe option regardless of the guests.
I have to say that I was suprised with the unexpected activities promoted by the staff, like the bingo with prizes at night.
The room accomodation, ambient climatization were very good, and the daily room cleaning and management were top notch.
The heated swiming pool and particularly for me the sauna was a good plus, which I used every single day during my stay.
Finally, it is important to note the convenience of the hotel regarding the access to the slopes and too, a word to the parking which was free and plentiful
Food quite repetitive and unpalatable for both breakfast and dinner (didn't lunch there). For example, they served chicken three consecutive days using different recipes with different parts of it, and unfortunately the flavor was insipid. It also gives the impression that a large part of the food is deep-frozen and precooked. This last setence is especially true during dinner.
Breakfast on the other end lacks more variety in my opinion, with the non-existence fried eggs being a major let down, especially if we consider the energy and nutritional demand needed for skiing.
Wi-Fi signal and service bad in the guest room using any device, and in main areas even considering only a common and normal use, it behaves poorly,
