Fabulous
The resort is very pretty, different from the others. The water park is amazing, the shows are good and the facilities are too.

I called a few days beforehand to say we would arrive very early, to see if there was any chance of having the room a little earlier. Not only was it not ready earlier, it was later than 3pm. Knowing that the ferries arrive so early, they could have some solution for people who arrive that early, even if it were for a fee.

The hotel is very well located and very central on the island for accessing coves and lighthouses. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Cleanliness — they were severely understaffed and didn’t attend to us properly. We spent four days without anyone cleaning or making our room, despite complaining every day and having to request the official complaints form from the Balearic authorities.

They didn't clean our room. On the second day I called to remind them because our bathroom was flooding. They didn't do it.
They apologised and said it wouldn't happen again. Surprise — they didn't clean it the next day either. I called reception from my mobile (the room phone didn't work) and they told me they'd send someone straight away. Five hours later I had to call again and request cleaning so we could at least shower. An hour later they came, made the bed and left us clean towels, but the towels on the floor, which we had put down to soak up the bathroom water (as they had asked us to), were left there for three days, resulting in damp and various bugs.
No nos limpiaron la habitación, el segundo día llamé para recordarles que lo hiciesen porque nuestro baño se encharcaba. No lo hicieron.
Pidieron disculpas y dijeron que no volvería a pasar. Sorpresa, tampoco el siguiente día la hicieron. Llamé a recepción desde mi móvil (el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba) y me dijeron que ya mismo mandaban a alguien. 5 horas después tuve que volver a llamarles y solicitar la limpieza para poder ducharnos aunque sea. A la hora fueron, hicieron la cama y nos dejaron toallas limpias pero las del suelo, que pusimos para que fueran absorbiendo el agua del baño (así nos pidieron que las pusiéramos) quedaron tres días ahí tiradas con la consiguiente humedad y bichos varios

Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive, except that the hotel staff do their job well.
Lamentablemente, no puedo decir nada positivo, excepto que el personal del hotel cumplen bien con su trabajo.
Everything needs improving, starting with the essentials: the food (inedible, poor quality, not even the fruit is good and it’s repetitive), the beds for four people (two reasonable beds with a poor mattress, another small one with a very thin mattress and a noisy sprung frame, and a sofa they take ages to put a sheet on and don’t even bring a pillow), the first room they gave us which smelled strongly of damp and was damaged because of it, door frames broken, etc. The water park didn’t meet safety standards, one ride was out of order due to poor condition and, like the pools, was in very bad condition and dirty. The room was very neglected, the hallway light flickered, there was a lot of noise from the air-conditioning ducts and the old fridge, and the terraces were dirty. Overall, the hotel is very outdated and needs a major refurbishment. Worst of all was the food. It doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel—more like two at most. The first room they gave us was terrifying.
Habría que mejorar todo, empezando por lo más esencial, la comida (incomible, mala calidad, no está buena ni la fruta y repetitiva), las camas para cuatro personas ( dos normalitas y colchón malillo, otra pequeña con un colchón finísimo y estructura de muelles ruidosa y un sofá que tardan en ponerle una sábana y no traen ni almohada), la primera habitación que nos asignaron con mucho olor a humedad y deteriorada por dicha causa, marcos de las puertas rotos, etc. El parque acuático no cumplía las medidas de seguridad, una atracción no funcionaba por estar en malas condiciones y al igual que las piscinas en muy mal estado y sucio. La habitación muy dejada, la luz de la entrada parpadeaba, mucho ruido en los conductos del aire acondicionado y de la nevera vieja, las terrazas sucias. En general, el hotel está muy anticuado y necesitaría una buena reforma. Lo peor la comida. No parece un hotel de cuatro estrellas, más bien de dos como mucho. La primera habitación que nos asignaron daba miedo.

This hotel is only for Italians; they don’t serve tourists of other nationalities. Even the pool animators invite only Italians to join because it’s the only language their staff actually speak. Truly a very, very bad experience: there was no Wi‑Fi in the room, the mattresses were damaged, the food was awful, the service failed to resolve anything — chaotic activities, absolutely nothing like what they advertise…

Sólo las activistas de las piscinas llaman a participar a sólo italianos porque es el único idioma que hablan todo su personal en verdad una experiencia muy pero muy mala no había Wi-Fi en la habitación, los colchones dañados, la comida, pésima la atención sin resolver ninguno de sus empleados caótica las actividades en verdad nada que ver con lo que ofrecen…

We loved the pools and the buffet, and especially the water park for children—they enjoyed it immensely.

Menorca is a beautiful island. It was my first time visiting and I’m sure I’ll come back, but not to this hotel.

Please review the quality of this hotel. The rooms haven't been renovated in a very long time and look nothing like the pictures. The springs in all the mattresses poke into your body. Also, they only clean and make up the rooms every two days, and the air conditioning unit isn't enough for the whole room. The buffet had no variety all week and was pretty bad. The entertainment was focused on foreign guests and everything was over by 11 or 12 pm. The sports facilities were similar—some couldn't even be used, like the basketball hoops which aren't big enough for a standard ball... mediocre, and the swimming facilities are also very old. Any question we asked at reception was always answered with a no. We couldn’t even get them to lend us a ping pong ball—the star item of their games area, which doesn’t have much else to offer. I paid for a week’s stay in August, all-inclusive, at a 4-star hotel. At the moment, it is NOT a 4-star at all.
Por favor, revisad la calidad de este hotel. Las habitaciones están sin reformar hace mucho tiempo, no tienen nada que ver con las imágenes. Los muelles de colchones de todas las camas se clavan en el cuerpo. Además sólo las hacen-limpian cada dos días y la máquina de aire acondicionado no es suficiente para toda la habitación. El buffet sin variedad en toda la semana, bastante malo. La animación se centraba en los extranjeros y a las 11-12 pm ya había terminado todo. Las instalaciones deportivas en la misma linea, alguna no se puede utilizar, como las canastas de baloncesto en las que no cabe una pelota estandar... mediocres y el acuático además muy viejo. La solución a cualquier duda desde la recepción era una negativa., no pudimos conseguir ni que nos dejaran una pelota de pingpong, fichaje estrella de sus juegos recreativos, que no tienen mucho más. He pagado una reserva de una semana de agosto, en régimen de todo incluido en un hotel de 4*, actualmente NO lo es.

We arrived having booked a suite with two bedrooms, but they gave us an apartment with just one bedroom. On top of that, the mattresses were in very bad condition, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the cleaning was only every two days. The sheets were only changed once in eight days.

The food was really good — there was always plenty of choice: fish every day, either cooked or grilled, themed dinners (one night was tacos with guacamole and nachos, another was burgers with frankfurters…), and breakfasts had everything: toast with cold cuts, jam, fried eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs, baked tomatoes, pastries, yoghurts, juices, coffees… the meals were spectacular!
The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We had two rooms on the pool level and it was great to be able to open the patio door and step straight into the pool. There’s a fridge, which is handy for keeping water cool, although with the All-Inclusive you could get as many drinks as you wanted.
The place is lovely, with lots of sunbeds; each block has its own pool. In our area there was always entertainment on at all times. The water park next door in another block was very good, with sunbeds and plenty of shaded areas.
Located a 10-minute walk from the beach.
There are restaurants on the beach and a boardwalk. You can run or walk along the area to the cliffs and follow the GR Cavalls de Vent.
The staff were mixed, but generally very pleasant. The Andalusian guy at our pool was super friendly and always very attentive; he even recommended drinks suitable for the underage child.
La comida la verdad que muy bien, siempre habia de todo: pesacdo cada dia o cocinado o a la plancha, habia cenas tematicas( un dia tacos con guacamole y nachos, otra cena fue de hamburguesas con frankfurts, …), los desayunos teniasn de todo: tostadas con embutudo, mermelada, huevos fritos, tortillas, huevos revueltos, tomates al horno, pastas dulces, yogures, sumos, cafes… la comida era esperctacular!
Las habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. A nosotros nos tocaron 2 habitaciones a pie de piscina y era guay abrir el ventanal y acceder a la piscina. Tienen una nevera que es de agradecer para guardar agua frsquota, aunque con el todo incluido tenias toda la bebida que quiesieras.
El sitio muy chulo, con muchas hamacas, cada manzana tiene su piscina, en nuestra zona siempre había animacion a todas horas, el parque acuatico estaba muy bien al lado en otra manzana con hamacas y suficientes sombras.
Ubicado a 10 min caminando de la playa.
Hay restaurantes en la playa y una pasarela. Se puede correr o caminar por la zona hasta los acantilados y sigueindo el GR de Cavalls de vent.
Sobre el personal habia de todo, pero por lo general muy agradables. El chico andaluz de nuestra piscina super agradable y siempre super atento y nos hizo recomendaciones de bebidas para el niño menor de edad.
The cleaning wasn’t daily and in five days they only cleaned our room on the second day because they came another day when we were having a siesta; I told them to just leave clean towels (it was 4 pm). Having the room cleaned only twice in five nights seems insufficient for a 4-star hotel given the price you pay.
The air conditioning in the rooms was weak during the day because it was very hot and you could hardly notice it, and in most main areas there’s no air conditioning — everything is open but it was quite warm. The dining room was also very hot because, even when the air conditioners were on, the doors were open and with so many people it felt like an oven. Still, when you’re on holiday it’s more bearable because you could go to the pool and the heat became less of an issue.
La limpieza que no es diaria y en 5 dias solo nos limpiaron la habitación el 2o dia porque vinieron otro dia que estabamos echandonos la siesta y les dije que nos dieran solo toallas limpias (eran las 16h) pero que en 5 noches t limpien la habitacion 2 veces lo veo escaso para ser un 4estrellas y el dinero que pagas.
El aite acondicionado muy justo en las habitaciones durante el dia porque hacia mucha calor y casi ni se notaba y que en mas zonas comunes no hay aire acondicionado está todo abierto pero hacia bastante calor y que en el comedor tambien hacia mucha calor porque aunque pusieran los aires las puerts abiertas y la cantidad de gente aquello parecía un horno, pero bueno, estando de vacaciones se soporta diferente porque despues t ibas a la piscina ya el calor se arreglaba.
