The rooms were ok, there wasn´t too many people in the hotel. It was easy to park in front of the hotel, and it's a short drive to the closest slopes access. Food was good. The staff was really friendly.
Considering the price, this is a good place to stay, if you don't expect much. Enough food, close enough from the ski slopes, clean enough, Very good staff.
The rooms had a bit of an old look. The rooms in the back suffered from the noise of the snow canons of the ski school all night. The food was good but there wasn't a lot of variety. If you don't want to use the car, is not easy to get a transfer to El tarter Ski slopes because all the times get booked really fast. The " Games" room is old and cold. TV was broken, not a lot of dynamic for the "Apres-Ski".

Staff and transfer guy are very helpful and friendly. Good food and waiters are kind.
Very bad wifi and weird/ bad smell in our room coming from the toilet and the hotel hallway.

Stayed here 4 yrs ago and the hotel is much more efficiently now than back then. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. Front desk is very organised.
Free WIFI is good. We were able to steam a movie even at peak usage.
Food is good and always salad and fresh fruit available. Not the biggest choice of food, but not a complaint, as I was always more than happy with the food choice on offer.
The breakfast and dinner times start at 07:45 and 19:45 respectively. Even if these were to start at 07:30 and 19:30 it would help. Mornings are busy trying to get to the slopes. 15 min can make all the difference.

The staff are so wonderful.
There's a spa area, where you book a private 45 min session with jacuzzi and sauna. The area is not so charming, but it's super nice having it all on your own.
When people come home during the night (mainly on the weekend) you can hear everything from the hall way, so it easily gets very noisy. Ear plugs and lots of skiing helps with sleeping through it though.

The food is terrible, paying over 10 euro per persn daily for bottled eggs , reheated bacons and sausages from previous day, the same with toasts! no vegetables at all except old tomatoes if any left , juices from concentrate ... milk from machine ... there was no selection and all, we resigned after third day , we felt sick all the time after that food, next thing is the bus, we rarely could get it .... maybe 3 times altogether as it was always engaged , spaces were limited to 8 ppl at the time , we were not informed its limited, no lockers and dryers for ski shoes , it was terrible as there was no heaters in the rooms ... only air conditioning which wont dry properly ... the stuff is not speaking English at all, only one guy working in the night ... terrible hotel i would say ...
