The place is great, surrounded by nature. The buffet was really good — I was surprised because, even being vegan, I found it very varied. There are loads of activities you can do for free (bike hire, archery…). The distances people mention in reviews can only seem like a negative if you’re lame. The walk you have to do to get to the buffet is very pleasant, it doesn’t feel tiring (and we were staying in one of the furthest units). All the staff are very friendly.
El sitio es genial, rodeado de naturaleza. El buffet estaba súper bien, quedé sorprendida porque, incluso siendo vegana, me pareció muy variado. Hay un montón de actividades que puedes hacer gratis (alquilar bicis, tiro con arco…). Las distancias de las que habla la gente en las reviews solo pueden parecerte un punto negativo si eres cojo. El paseo que hay que dar hasta el buffet es muy agradable, no se hace nada pesado (y eso que estábamos en una de las más alejadas). Todo el personal es muy amable.
The rooms inside are not at all attractive; it’s not a place you’d want to spend time in (and that’s saying something considering how cool it looks from the outside). We had to contort ourselves to shower so we wouldn’t touch the shower hose, which was disgusting.

Spectacular scenery, Water Slides and pools for children are very good; the Formentera pool is peaceful — if you want more atmosphere, use the main pool. Good food, friendly staff. Recommended for a few days with the family. The show "Please note the Time" was very good.

Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach, very tasty and varied food, and very friendly staff. On the first day we arrived very early and, although check-in is from 15:00h, they already gave us the wristband and we were able to enjoy the facilities, breakfast and lunch. Being able to rent bikes or cars right at the door is great. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

El primer día llegamos muy temprano y aunque el checkin es a partir de las 15h ya nos pusieron la pulsera y pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones, desayuno y comida. Lo de poder alquilar motos o coches en la misma puerta está genial. En general satisfechos con la estancia.
The bungalows need a good update; the fans are very noisy and hardly let you rest… they could at least fit a quiet motor in the bedroom. The furniture is also looking its age, much of it needs replacing. And the electrical installation is quite outdated in my opinion… switches that only work intermittently, poor lighting…
With some changes in these areas the accommodation would improve a lot.
Los bungalows necesitan una buena actualización, los ventiladores son muy ruidosos y casi no dejan descansar…al menos podrían poner de motor silencioso en el dormitorio. Los muebles también “piden pista” muchos de ellos. Y la instalación eléctrica yo diría a bastante desfasada…interruptores q funcionan regulin, iluminación deficiente…
Con algún cambio q hicieran al respecto ganaría muchísimo el alojamiento.

The best things were the location and its small beaches.

The apartments need improvement as they are very old, although very clean. It's a shame they don't have air conditioning, since it's very hot inside the flat; I should say they do have fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom — they are ceiling fans but old.
One important thing is that it's not adapted for people with disabilities and it's difficult for small children because there is a fairly steep slope and access to the pool and the pool bar below is by stairs.
Other than that, it's very good.
Se tendría que mejorar los apartamentos ya que son muy antiguos pero muy limpios, es una pena que no tengan aíre acondicionado ya que hace mucho calor dentro del apartamento tengo que decir que tienen ventiladores uno en el comedor y otro en el dormitorio son de techo pero antiguos.
Una cosa que me parece muy importante que no está adaptado para personas incapacidad y caros para niños pequeños ya que hay una cuesta bastante grande y el acceso a la piscina y el bar de la piscina de abajo es con escaleras.
Por lo demás está muy bien.

The hotel's outdoor areas are very good, with nice pools. The restaurant is fine and the food was good, although there was little variety for a buffet, and the included drinks had good serving hours. Good location and well connected by public transport.

The main pool area by the restaurant is right on the front, and it’s very convenient to go down to the beach. There are several pool areas around the hotel so you can vary where you sit and not always be in the same spot. Another positive point is that they serve food at midday at the slide pool in case you decide to stay there.

It’s really a rather inconvenient hotel; the rooms are very far from the restaurant, and the slopes of the ramps—both up to the bungalows area after lunch and down to the restaurant or the beach—are very steep.

It's located in a wonderful spot and the complex is really beautiful, it looks like a small town.
The beach is right by the restaurant—just go down some steps and you’re on a stunning beach. In the restaurant, you’ll find plenty of variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which you can pair with different drinks, so there’s something for everyone’s taste. On top of that, throughout the day and afternoon, you can order drinks and food outside of meal times as a snack or light meal. But without a doubt, the service from the waiters, cooks, entertainers, and the people working behind the different bars is fantastic—truly wonderful and really attentive.
Also, the complex makes sure that guests are kept entertained. They organise little parties, activities, evening theatre, and music… Everything was fantastic.
It’s an ideal place both for families with children and for couples who want to enjoy a great atmosphere.
Está ubicado en un lugar maravilloso y el complejo es súper bonito, parece una pequeña ciudad.
La playa está a pie del restaurante , solo bajar una escalera y estás en un playa preciosa. En el restaurante vas a encontrar mucha variedad tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y en la cena…. que puedes acompañar de diversas bebidas, lo cual hace que se adapte a todos los paladares. Con todo esto , además , puedes pedir a lo largo del día y la tarde bebida y comida a deshoras a modo de almuerzo o merienda. Pero sin duda alguna, el servicio de los camarer@s, cociner@s, animadores , la gente que está en las barras de los diferentes bares SON MARAVILLOSOS Y SUPER ATENTOS.
Por otra parte el complejo está muy pendiente de que la gente esté entretenida. Preparan pequeñas fiestas , actividades, teatro nocturno y musica…. Fantástico todo.
Un sitio ideal tanto para familias con niños como para parejas que quieran disfrutar de buen ambiente.
The bungalows are very cute and are well laid out throughout the complex, but the interiors are quite outdated. The beds aren't very comfortable, and the wardrobes and utensils are really old. The bathroom could do with some refurbishment. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans that make quite a lot of noise. Since there are no mosquito nets on the windows, you have to sleep with the windows closed if you don't want insects to get in, which is a drawback.
Los bungalows son muy monos , están muy bien dispuestos a lo largo del complejo , pero el interior está bastante desfasado, las camas no son muy cómodas , los armarios y utensilios son muy antiguos, el aseo tiene falta de alguna reforma . No dispone de aire acondicionado, pero tiene ventiladores que hacen bastante ruido. Al no tener mosquiteras en las ventanas, debes dormir con las ventanas cerradas si no quieres que entre algún insecto y eso es un inconveniente.

We've been going for 3 years and we like it because of the location and the relaxing atmosphere, but the hotel needs URGENT RENOVATION! The mattresses are terrible, and the thick textured paint on the walls is enough to make you cry—don’t even get me started on the bathrooms! Please, you really need to do something about this.
Also, I have to say that although the situation with people booking pool loungers has improved a bit, people are still saving sunbeds and nobody does anything about it! As for the food, this year I was disappointed; every year we used to eat well and the desserts were great, but this year the quality was very low and it was all very repetitive.
Honestly, I keep coming back because the location and the facilities are the best part, but the room?
Llevamos 3 años llendo y nos gusta por la ubicacion y relax que hay pero el hotel necesita una REHABILITACIÓN URGENTE! Los colchones horribles y el gotele gordo de las paredes para hechar llorar ya no te digo los baños!!! Por favor hacer un pensamiento. Tambien tengo que decir que el tema de reservar las hamacas de la piscina menos pero la gente sigue reservando las tumbonas y alli nadie hace nada!!!! Tema de comida este año me ha decepcionado cada año se comia bien y los postres estaban de lujo y este año calidad muy baja y muy repetitivo. La verdad que sigo yendo porque la ubicación y las instalaciones son lo mejor pero la habitación 🙈
