Very unprofessional reception for a 4-star hotel, receptionist Vanessa called the tow truck for our vehicle without any prior warning when other vehicles had been parked in the same place for hours. In addition, the same receptionist lied to us saying that it was the police who had taken the initiative when the authorities immediately told us that it was a complaint from the receptionist. The hotel did nothing to find a solution to the 200€ fine we had to pay, nor did it show any interest in helping to resolve the problem.
Recepçao muito pouco profissional para um hotel de 4 estrelas, recepcionista Vanessa chamou o reboque para o nosso veiculo sem qualquer aviso prévio quando outros veiculos estavam estacionados mesmo local durante horas. Adicionalmente a mesma recepcionista mentiu-nos dizendo que tinha sido a policia a tomar a iniciativa quando as autoridades nos disseram de imediato que tinha sido uma queixa por parte da recepcionista. O hotel nada fez para procurar uma soluçao para a multa de 200€ que tivemos que pagar, nem se mostrou interessado em suportar na resoluçao problema.

The hotel has car park, but as our vehicle is large and we were going with a trunk on top, we decided to leave it in a public car park lot a few metres from the hotel (very convenient too). The half-board was very good. One of the best coffees I have had at breakfast in a hotel. Dinner a la carte was very good. Very comfortable beds. In short, we will definitely return and we recommend it 100%.
Personal muy amable, tanto recepción como restauración. Tuvieron la cortesía de ofrecernos una habitación superior a la que habíamos contratado. Ubicación muy buena para subir a las pistas . Además, está al lado de la calle principal de las compras. El hotel dispone de parking, pero como nuestro vehículo es grande e íbamos con un baúl en la parte superior, decidimos dejarlo en un parking público a unos metros del hotel (muy cómodo también). La media pensión muy bien. De los mejores cafés que he tomado en en el desayuno de un hotel. Cena a la carta muy bien. Camas muy cómodas. En definitiva, volveremos seguro y lo recomendamos 100%
