Large family rooms are a big plus. More desk service in the morning would help with clients requests and expedite check-out. Restaurant is family oriented, but only average quality.

We were taken for a ride regarding the air conditioning. They said there was air conditioning in the room, but when we arrived it was a lie; it wasn't working or they didn't want to turn it on (I still don't know who was telling the truth, the hotel or customer service), so we had to suffer through the heat. The pillow was uncomfortable. The shower would automatically turn scalding hot while you were showering and burn you, then it would return to normal, and this cycle would repeat constantly.
Nos tomaron el pelo con el tema del aire acondicionado. Decían que había en las habitacion y cuando llegamos era mentira, no funcionaba o no querían activarlo (aún no sé quien decía la verdad, si el hotel o atención al cliente) asi que tuvimos que pasar calor.
Almohada incomoda
La ducha se ponía ardiendo de forma automática mientras te duchabas y te quemaba, luego se ponía normal y así constantemente.

The room was very large and there was plenty of space. The hotel is also very well located.

We were asked for a €200 deposit as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which I hadn't been informed about at any point. It wasn't mentioned on the website, and even when I called the hotel myself to confirm the booking, they didn't tell me anything about it either.

Very spacious room, we had problems with the wifi and when we reported it they changed our room without any problem. It is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel, very well located in the shopping area and with direct access to the main road.

The esquiades website states that car park costs 22 euros per night, but upon arrival they charged us 30 euros per night, a significant price increase that they should update.

Great for families and groups of friends because of the spacious rooms. With two en-suite bathrooms, it's luxurious.

Just to mention something, and not as a criticism, they could add a few more power outlets closer to the table so people can charge phones, tablets, etc. The hallway lights should have a sensor so they only turn on when someone passes by. A lot of light comes in under the door at night; we put a towel down and that solved the problem.

Las luces del pasillo, estaria bien que tuvieran un senson para que solo se ilunime cuando pase alguien. Por la noche entra mucha luz por debajo de la puerta, pusimos una toalla y solucionado.
