In all the apartments you will find sheets and towels and a kitchen kit.
On departure, the apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition (furniture in place, garbage and fridge emptied, dishes washed and kitchen clean. Final cleaning included except for the kitchen.
Otherwise, a fixed amount of 250 euros will be charged. In case of breakage or deterioration of equipment or furniture, the occupant will be billed the full amount of the repair costs.
In the residence you will find a bar, a restaurant with a Michelin star and limited car park spaces with direct payment.
You can also enjoy access to the swimming pool free of charge and use the heated pool between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, and the jacuzzi, hamman and saunas between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Not included (direct payment on arrival):
- Tourist tax: 2.86€/adult and night (over 18 years old).

- Car Park 119€ per week per car
