We liked the hotel and will consider going there again. The staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast is nice, with 2 types of eggs, yogurts, cheeses, meats fruits and more. The location is perfect, after collecting your equipment from the storage room, the distance to the cable-car is short (bear in mind that you'll need to go up 17 stairs).
On top of this you'll find a nice bar, a restaurant and a sauna.
The hotel could benefit from some renovation.

This is the second year we've gone skiing here, and we always choose them for the location, customer service, and food. Dinners offer a menu with many healthy and delicious options, and we also enjoy the buffet, although it's a bit more standard.

You pay €18 per day for car park, but you have to vacate the space at checkout. So it's not per day, it's per night. If you want to ski on the day you leave, you have to move your car to another car park (check rates at reception) lot, even though you've already paid. Otherwise, you have to leave the slopes at 2:00 PM.
Pagas 18 euros al día por parking, pero tienes que dejar la plaza con el checkout. Entonces no es por día esnpor noche. Si quieres esquiar el día que te marchas, debes mover el coche a otro parking de pago. A pesar de haber pagado. Eso o bajar de pistas a las 14.00

The hotel has that characteristic charm of mountain hotels. Beautiful, practical, with great main areas. The location is perfect. Just cross the street and you reach the cable car that gives access to the slopes. All the staff are extremely friendly. The jacuzzi, at the end of a day's skiing, is a fantastic way to end the day. The food, especially the dinner, is at the level of a 5-star hotel. It's à la carte with 3 starters and 3 main courses to choose from. And they are all exceptional. Congratulations. I'll definitely be back.
O Hotel tem aquele charme caracteristico dos hoteis de montanha. Bonito, prático, com umas otimas zonas comuns. A localização é perfeita. É só atravessar a rua e chega-se ao teleférico que dá acesso às pistas. Todo o staff é de uma simpatia extrema. O jacuzzi, no fim de um dia de ski, é fantastico para acabar o dia. A alimentação, especialmente o jantar, é de nivel de hotel de 5 estrelas. É à carta com 3 entradas e 3 pratos principais è escolha. E todos eles são excecionais. Parabéns. A regressar, cencerteza.
Just a note. The bathrooms (at least in the room I stayed in) could do with an update. They're practical, but you can tell that the equipment s are a bit dated. Just to keep up with the rest of the hotel.
