Very nice hotel with great outside areas. Never felt crowded in either dining room or pool areas.
Not the nicest beach right outside the hotel, but not too far to better ones.

It has everything, and it's beautiful, spacious, and wonderful—pure bliss. Plus, there's a spa that's always available and great entertainment. Beautiful room with a partial sea view. Absolutely gorgeous.

What can I say about the hotel? Simply that we have been returning every year and this is the fifth consecutive year that we have been going. I think that says it all. The staff is attentive, friendly, and whatever I say is an understatement, especially José Punzano, who is in charge of the dining room and I am having problems with meals due to illness. He and everyone there make my stay feel like a queen, as they are attentive to what I can eat and what I cannot. Very grateful to everyone in the cafeteria, etc. As I said, fifth year, and I will repeat next year.
Que decir del hotel ,simplemente que llevamos repitiendo cada año y este es el quinto año consecutivo que vamos ,creo que con eso lo digo todo, personal atento amable y todo lo que diga es poco sobre todo José punzano que es el responsable del comedor y yo teniendo problemas con comidas por enfermedad, el y todos los lo que estan ,me hacen la estancia estar como una reina ya que estan pendientes de lo que puedo comer y lo que no ,muy agradecida a todos los de cafeteria etc.

My negative comment is about mealtimes. I think food is a very serious matter, and letting children wander around the buffet grabbing food (often dropping it on the floor) isn't normal. You had to dodge the children who were moving around without looking. When it came time to grab food, they created lines because they couldn't or didn't know how, and they broke pieces (which they then left because they were broken). They should advise parents not to let their children touch the food. That's my opinion.
Mi comentario negativo es para la.hora de las comidas. Creo q la.comida es algo muy serio y dejar q los niños circulen por el bufet cogiendo la comida,(muchas veces se les caía al suelo) no es una cosa normal. Tenias que ir esquivando a los niños que se movían sin mirar. A la hora de coger la comida crean colas pq no pueden o no saben y rompen los trozos ( que luego dejan pq están rotos) . Deberían aconsejar a los padres que los niños no toquen la comida. Es mi opinión

The junior Suite Rooms are good and spacious. Several main areas include swimming pools. A pool with Water Slides, a family pool, and an adult pool.
