I've been to this hotel four times before a few years ago, but it's already deteriorating considerably. The food isn't what it used to be—it's awful! The spa used to be unlimited. Now, you have to book a booking to go for just one hour a day. The chairs at the bar and terrace are uncomfortable, broken, and dirty and need replacing. The rooms are very clean but need updating.

J’ai fait la même réservation que l’année dernier chambre quadruplé supérieur et lorsque j’ai demandé d’avoir la chambre de k m’a dit que je n’y a ai pas le droit et que c’était une suite alors que j’avais la même en 2024, et t il nous en installé dans une chambre petite mais un peu propre . I do not recommend it at all, by saying that I have even been bitten by bedbugs I say it all. I could make a long list of everything I have seen, but I am not going to bother, just to say that if you are Spanish, a family and with children it is not a good choice, this hotel to spend a good and nice holiday is zero recommended.
Negativo todo lo demás casi todo fatal, un hotel que parece un laberinto y que se cae a trozos, de cuatro estrellas ni por asomo, un dineral que hemos estado ahorrando todo el Año para pasar una semana medianamente bien y la verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada, ni nos han ayudado cuando hemos tenido un problema, ni nos han dado soluciones para nada, sólo excusas para quitarse el muerto de encima, los niños que siempre lloran porque no se quieren ir de los hoteles, al tercer día llorando porque se querían ir, con eso lo digo todo, la gerencia (Dori) muy mal a la hora de poner una reclamación tras otra sólo sabía darme excusas pero soluciones cero. No lo recomiendo para nada, con decir que me han picado hasta chinches lo digo todo. Podría hacer una larga lista de todo lo que he ido viendo, pero no me voy ni a molestar, sólo decir que si sois españoles, familia y con niños no es una elección acertada, éste hotel para pasar unas buenas y bonitas vacaciones recomendable cero.
