Great location right next to the lift to the best part of the Pal/Arinsal ski area. Comfortable, very quiet room with excellent noise and light insolation. Fantastic food on offer at half board.
All excellent for a primarily ski orientated hotel.

Staff were friendly, whilst room decor was outdated rooms were very clean, warm and serviced regularly. Staff were very friendly and food was superb. Our party included teenagers who have been to area before and indicated they would like to return to hotel and ski resort again. Very convenient for skiing.

Location, very near the ski lift
Room (127) very noisy all the time, all through the night. Breakfast adequate, but for the price should have been better. The spa, €10,45 and the place was FULL of children screaming, not possible to relax in any way, complete waste of money.

Dinner was set up with not many options to chose from, waiter mixed up tables and decided to bring our mains when we were still eating the starters so the food got cold, breakfast wasn't great either, rooms were quite small

The hotel is super nice with a very authentic Austrian atmosphere.
The staff is very attentive and the food (menu) served at the table with a tablecloth and cloth napkin is very good.

The only nice thing was the location for being able to go on excursions and such.

There was no heating and we were at 6º, we were not treated well and we could not take advantage of the Half Board we paid for. We came in mid-October with a lot of cold, we were at 6 degrees and they did not turn on the general heating that you cannot regulate in your room. We had to ask for 2 extra blankets the second night because it was impossible to sleep with the room so cold (they also did not have heaters or stoves to provide us with). We had to sleep in our jackets.
We had paid for Half Board. We arrived on Friday and at 7:30 pm I called because there was a lot of traffic and we wanted to let them know that we would arrive at 10:20 pm and they told me that the kitchen closed at 10 pm and that they could only serve us a cold dinner (cold cuts, bread, and cold omelette). They did not even let us order food from the menu and eat it cold, even though there were salads and food that we could have easily eaten cold, but they did not want to (besides, it costs money to call Andorra, they told me to call back later... 5€ extra on the bill for the calls).
In addition to the cold we endured and the mediocre and cold first dinner, the two women who attended us were very unpleasant. The first one is the one who did not want to serve us anything from the menu for dinner and the second one to whom we asked again about the heating to see if they would turn it on the second night. Her response was: we will not turn it on, I am also cold. That response was a huge lack of respect, zero professionalism, and, ultimately, very poor service quality. As guests, we felt belittled and unattended. We believe that we were not treated with care in a hotel that claims to have 4 stars.
We would never return to this hotel for anything. In summary: bad staff, a lot of cold in the rooms and the dining room, 0 amenities, 0 flexibility, 0 willingness to help guests feel comfortable. Very bad experience.
No había calefacción y estábamos a 6º, no nos trataron bien y no pudimos aprovechar bien la media pensión que pagamos.
Vinimos a mediados de octubre con mucho frío, estábamos a 6 grados y no encendían la calefacción que es general y no puedes regular tu mismx en la habitación. Tuvimos que pedir 2 extras la segunda noche porque era impossible dormir con la habitación tan fría (tampoco tenían calefactores ni estufas para dejarnos). Tuvimos que dormir con polares.
Habíamos pagado media pensión. Llegábamos el viernes y a las 19.30h llamé porque había mucho tráfico y queríamos avisar que llegábamos a las 22.20h y me dijeron que a las 22h cerraban cocina y que sólo nos podían servir una cena fría (embutido, pan y tortilla fría). No nos dejaron ni pedir la comida del menú y comérnosla fría, ya que había ensaladas y comida que perfectamente podríamos haber comido fría, pero no quisieron (además que para llamar a Andorra ya cuesta dinero, me dijeron que volviera a llamar más tarde... 5€ de factura extra por las llamadas).
Además del frío que pasamos y de la primera cena mediocre y fría también, las dos mujeres que nos atendieron fueron muy desagradables. La primera es la que no nos quiso servir nada de la cena del menú y la segunda a la que volvimos a preguntar por la calefacción a ver si la segunda noche la encenderían. Su respuesta fue: no la encenderemos, yo también tengo frío. Que nos respondiera eso fue una falta de respeto gigantesca, profesionalidad nula y, en definitiva, una calidad del servicio pésimo. Como huéspedes nos sentimos menospreciados y nada atendidos. Creemos que no nos trataron con cuidado en un hotel que representa que tiene 4 estrellas.
Por nada del mundo volveríamos a este hotel. En resumen: malos trabajadores, mucho frío en las habitaciones y el comedor, 0 comodidades, 0 flexibilidad, 0 querer ayudar a los huéspedes a sentirse cómodos. Muy mala experiencia.
