Great value for the money, close walk to slopes, very good food w plenty of selection. Friendly staff.
No ski boot storage so had to bring them to room and could not dry them up after each ski day.
Rooms are basic. Cleaner forgot to leave toilet paper 3 of 4 days

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the accomodation was really close to the ski lifts.
There were two single beds and no double in the room.

Across for the cover parking lot, easy access to slope, friendly staff, quite room even if you are facing street side
Nothing with the hotel, but remind your guests about mobile data use as Andorra telecom send you back to the 2000 with overpriced roaming

This is the second year in a row that my friend and I book our winter holidays with esquides.com. I must say that we are very please with the service that we have received from both, people working in customer service/drivers as well as the staff at the hotel. This year, we have experienced a much better service from them, which has made us think about coming back again in the next months. The food that Damian, the Chef, made was absolutely amazing in comparison to the previous year. Also, we would like to thank Diego that made our stay really enjoyable. His standards to make the customers happy is really high, and as such, we are very grateful for all his attention. Happy to see that you continue to improve and hire the best. We will definitely keep coming for our future winter sports days.
Minor detail, one of the windows in the room did not seal completely so with the wind, there was a noise that bothered us one of the nights. Luckily, we were moved the next night so we could rest as we wanted.

No wifi in the rooms. No drawers in the bedrooms, lack of places to put clothes.

I was impressed by the eagerness of the staff to help out and they were at all times very accommodating. I thought that the breakfasts and dinners were very good and overall I felt that this hotel was a great place to stay for a skiing trip.
I really did not dislike anything though the shower area was a little small.
