We hired this apartment because it had reception until 24h and once hired they wrote to us saying that exceptionally they closed at 8pm. Furthermore, all the hotel services were out of service (swimming pool, main areas, kidsclub, ... Everything) was not decisive when choosing this apartment, but it is somewhat delicate if we had expected services that were not provided. It will be punctual but it would have to be controlled
Contratamos este apartamento porque tenía recepción hasta las 24h y una vez contratado nos escribieron diciendo que excepcionalmente cerraban a las 20h. Además todos los servicios del hotel estaban fuera de servicio (piscina, zonas comunes, kidsclub, ... Todo) no fue determinante a la hora de elegir este apartamento, pero es algo delicado si hubiésemos esperado unos servicios que no se dieron. Será puntual pero habría que controlarlo

No apartments belonging to the hotel, so common services are outside the building, about 5 minutes away. And the car park is small, and depending on the car, it is difficult to maneuver, and there is also no direct access to the apartment, you have to access it from the outside and go through stairs.
Sin apartamentos que pertenecen aL hotel, con lo que los servicios comunes están fuera del edificio, a unos 5 minutos.
Y el parquing pequeño, y según coche complicado de maniobrar, además no tener acceso directo al apartamento, hay que acceder por el exterior y pasar escaleras

The location of the apartments, uncomfortable to get to them with luggage. The area does not have street car park like it had a few years ago, now it is a blue zone until 8 pm and then only for residents.
La ubicación de los apartamentos, incómodos para llegar a ellos con el equipaje.
La zona no tiene aparcamiento en la calle como tenía hace unos años, ahora es zona azul hasta las 20 h y después solo para residentes.

They always treat us great, the views from the apartments were brutal. They always serve with a smile, and attend to all requests. In my case I requested that the apartments have views and they took it into account.
Siempre nos tratan genial, las vistas de los apartamentos fueron brutales. Siempre atienden con una sonrisa, y atienden todas las peticiones. En mi caso solicité que los apartamentos tuviesen vistas y lo tuvieron en cuenta.

The apartment was perfect, the attention was 10, especially the attention of the girls at the reception who could assist us by WhatsApp, the transfer service to the slopes was unbeatable, the driver was a very nice guy. Without hesitation in going to the same area again, I would repeat the accommodation.
El apartamento estaba perfecto, la atención de 10 , destacar sobre todo la atención de las chicas de recepción que podian atendernos por WhatsApp, el servicio de transfer a pistas inmejorable, el chofer un chico de lo más simpático.
Sin dudarlo de volver a ir a la misma zona repetiría alojamiento.
The car park lot is very small and difficult to maneuver for the price.
El Parking muy pequeño y difícil maniobrabilidad para el precio que tiene.

Hotel with everything you need in the rooms, with a restaurant and swimming pool with sauna. Also at night they do activities and you can have a good time as a group.
Hotel con todo lo necesario en las habitaciones, con restaurante y piscina con sauna. Además por la noche hacen actividades y puedes pasar un buen rato en grupo.

We loved it because, although it is small, it has everything you need to cook and spend a few days. Plus it was very clean.

The bad thing is that the room is shared with the living room... we were two couples and there was no privacy at all. Although for the price, it is a minor problem

Adequate quality-price ratio. Very close to the Tarter ski area slopes (by car or transfer). We chose the apartment for 4 and I thought it was quite spacious: room with 2 beds + sofa bed in the living room (surprisingly comfortable and already set up when we arrived, so it was great). You can also use the hotel's heated pool, although it is relatively far from the apartment area.
Adecuada relación calidad-precio. Muy cerca de las pistas del sector Tarter (en coche o transfer). Escogimos el apartamento para 4 y considero que era bastante espacioso: habitación con 2 camas + sofá-cama en el salón (sorprendentemente cómodo y ya montado cuando llegamos, por lo que estuvo fenomenal). Además se puede usar la piscina climatizada del hotel, aunque está relativamente lejos de la zona de apartamentos.
I strongly advise against using the car park offered in the apartments. It is very narrow and has dangerous ramps for low or heavily loaded cars. My recommendation is to leave the car in the Font de Ferro car park lot, which is about 150 m away on foot. For me it is more worth it because it is much easier to park and you limit the chances of someone in an adjacent space damaging your car while car park by having much wider spaces.
El párking que ofrecen en los apartamentos desaconsejo totalmente utilizarlo. Es muy estrecho y con rampas peligrosas para coches bajos o muy cargados. Mi recomendación es dejar el coche en el parking Font de Ferro que está a unos 150 m andando. Para mí merece más la pena porque es mucho más sencillo aparcar y limitas las posibilidades de que alguien de una plaza adyacente te dañe el coche aparcando al tener plazas mucho más anchas.
