Por empezar es la primera vez que me encuentro un hotel en Cataluña y España que no sirven en ninguna parte del establecimiento bebidas alcohólicas......la manutención del hotel está bajo mínimos...en el comedor no hay plancha y agarrate a lo que hay..variación muy muy mínima...por la mañana le llaman cruasán a algo de goma...la picina sucia.las ama as de diversidad y muchas rotas...en fin me falta el acjevito ideal (aún no ha salido) para calificarlo....una noche y nunca más.....fatal...y eso que miro de adaptarme pero por ese precio...he estado en otros que le dan mil vueltas.....y por busco un chollo, claro......un hotel que tenía que ser muy bueno en sus inicios hoy por hoy ni una estrella (,el día que sepa como los clasifican por estrellas...)......

Fui en verano, temporada alta para todo el mundo, sobre todo por los precios. Y NO VOLVERE. porque dicen es un hotel con Animacion en temporada alta MENTIRA, tv mando 5 euros...y solo se ven cadenas en alemán polaco inglés y francés y la 1...UNA VERGUENZA q aunque el hotel sea marroquí ESTAMOS EN ESPAÑA,,secador a petición tras 5 euros...y agua...te invitan a pagar 2 euros por botella, si quieres del grifo paseas todo el comedor para llenar una copita, te puedes pasar el dia, yendo y volviendo...y la comida...nada de cerdo comida marroquí fritos y bollería...comida picante sin avisar, sou intolerante, le pregunté a una chica q reponia y no sabía...dicen q hay gimnasio y sauna y spa...todo cerrado...

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación. La piscina está bien y la piscina interior menos.
Éste hotel se dedica sobre todo en puentes y fines de semana a equipos de niños de fútbol, pudiendo acoger unos 100 niños de 8/9 años los cuales duermen sólos de 3 en 3, gritan, llaman por el teléfono de la habitación, pegan golpes en las puertas... Lo comentas en recepción y la respuesta es: Es lo que hay. Pensé que había sido mala suerte por el fin de semana pero me informaron vecinos de la zona que no, que suelen haber siempre.
El buffet muy básico y da igual que sea comida o cena, poca variedad.

We liked the location, even though it's not right on the front line, it's in a very good spot. The meals are fine, there was not much variety but what was there was good. The outdoor pools are fine, it's a shame we couldn't enjoy them because the weather wasn't great, but we had the indoor pool and honestly, it was nice.
Nos ha gustado la ubicación que aún no estar en primera linea está en muy buen sitio , las comidas están bien tenía poca variedad pero lo que había estaba bueno las piscinas esterio es esta bien la pena que no hemos podido aprovechar ya que el tiempo no acompañaba pero teníamos la interior y la verdad que se estaba bien.

- Rooms with dirty sheets.
- Hotel without alcohol (not even a single beer) and without pork (not even a piece of bacon at breakfast could we try). I think this is something that should be prominently advertised when you offer it. It is something very important when deciding on this hotel...thank goodness it was for 3 nights because otherwise you would ruin our holiday.
- Animation practically non-existent and without any charm. No bingo, no shows, no games for adults or children...truly boring. We had to go out to the surrounding bars every night.
- Indoor pool with murky water and an unbearable smell of dampness.
- Frozen and dirty outdoor pool.
- Pool safety: they have a speaker connected a meter away from the pool that could easily fall in if a child runs by...they don't move it from there because, according to them, "nothing has ever happened".
They also have the stones where the umbrellas go with the iron poles sticking out and broken, if a child falls on them, they could get seriously hurt. Additionally, I stumbled with my baby in my arms and we almost fell.
- Disgusting and broken sunbeds.
- The entrance guard: my daughter was playing in the reception (which was empty) and he looked at her and made a gesture as if he was going to hit her. Later, my youngest daughter was crying on the floor and he approached us very seriously asking what was wrong with the girl and telling us to let her cry and not pick her up. But who is he to tell me what to do with my 2-year-old daughter? Unbelievable.
- Elevators: unsafe, broken, dirty, and sometimes didn't even reach the 3rd floor. We've waited up to 10 minutes for them to arrive.
- Bar: they advertise products they don't have. The pool bar closed in the mornings.
- Restaurant: Very dirty plates and glasses. More than one glass with lipstick marks or other things we couldn't identify. Terrible juices from the machine. Some machines were broken. Overpriced bottled water. Mexican-themed party, with loud music that didn't let you even talk to people at your table.
- Cleanliness: the cleaners were using a supermarket cart to carry clean sheets. Also, they left them in the middle of the hallway all day, not very pretty or hygienic.
- Maintenance: We had a blackout at 3 am and it didn't come back until noon the next day. Having to go to the bathroom with the flashlight from your phone after paying for a hotel seems outrageous to me. Balcony door broken, we asked them to check it and no one came, anyone could have entered.
- Animation: they told us they were having a two-hour pool party, the entertainer got in the water to swim, gave a ball that was hitting people in the head, and everything happened. The pool party consisted of the "entertainer" jumping into the pool and throwing the kids in. Unprecedented fun, really.
Overall, a hotel nightmare that I can't believe you offer on your website. Outrageous what we paid for the service received.
-Habitaciones con sábanas sucias.
- Hotel sin alcohol (ni una mísera cerveza) y sin cerdo (ni un trocito de bacon en el desayuno hemos podido probar) Creo que es algo que se debería anunciar en grande cuando lo ofreceis. Es algo muy importante para decantarte por este hotel...menos mal que fueron 3 noches porque si no nos arruináis las vacaciones.
-Animación prácticamente nula y sin ninguna gracia. Ni bingo, ni espectáculos, ni juegos para adultos o niños...un verdadero aburrimiento. Nos tocó salir cada noche a los bares de alrededor.
-Piscina interior con agua turbia y un olor insoportable a humedad.
-Piscina exterior congelada y sucía.
-Seguridad en la piscina: tienen un bafle conectado a un metro de la piscina que puede caer perfectamente dentro si pasa algun niño corriendo...según ellos que no lo mueven de ahí porque: "nunca ha pasado nada".
También tiene las piedras donde van las sombrillas con los palos de hierro sobresaliendo y rotos, si un niño se cae encima se puede hacer mucho daño, además, me tropecé con mi bebé en brazos y casi nos caemos las dos.
-hamacas asquerosas y rotas.
-El vigilante de la entrada: estaba mi hija jugando en recepción (vacía por cierto) y él la miró y le hizo el gesto de que le iba a pegar. Luego mi hija pequeña estaba llorando en el suelo y se nos acercó muy serio preguntando qué le pasaba a la niña y diciéndonos que la dejaramos llorar y no la cogiesemos. Pero quién es él para decirme lo que tengo que hacer con mi hija de 2 años? Alucinante.
-Ascensores: inseguros, rotos, sucios y en algunos momentos no llegaban al piso 3. Hemos llegado a estar esperando 10 minutos a que suban.
-Bar: anuncian productos que no tienen. El bar de la piscina cerrado por las mañanas.
-Restaurante: Platos y vasos muy sucios. Más de un vaso con marcas de pintalabios o otras cosas que no sabíamos identificar. Zumos de la máquina, malísimos. Algunas máquinas estropeadas. Botella de agua a precios desorbitados. Fiesta de temática Mexicana, con música a tope que no te dejaba ni hablar con la gente de tu mesa.
-Limpieza: las limpiadoras iban con un carro de supermercado para llevar las sábanas limpias. Además los dejaban en medio del pasillo durante todo el día, no queda muy bonito ni higiénico.
-Mantenimiento: Se nos fue la luz a las 3 am y no volvió hasta el día siguiente al medio día. Tener que ir al lavabo con la linterna del móvil después de haber pagado un hotel me parece indignante. Puerta del balcón rota, pedimos que nos lo mirasen y no vino nadie, podría haber entrado cualquiera.
-Animación: nos dijeron que hacían una pool party de dos horas, el animador se metió en el agua a bañarse, dio una pelota que reventaba cabezas y pasó de todo. La pool party consistió en el "animador" tirándose a la piscina en bomba y tirando a los niños dentro. Una diversión sin precedentes, vaya.
En definitiva, un horror de hotel que alucino que ofrezcais en vuestra página. Indignante lo que hemos pagado por el servicio recibido.
