The hotel's location is spectacular.
The beach is huge and wonderful. Crystal-clear waters. The staff very friendly. The food had a wide variety of dishes, different every day.

The location is unbeatable; there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the destination is fantastic.

The hotel is not 4*. The all-inclusive is very weak with very limited hours. The pool closes at 18:30. The spa jacuzzi was empty, and the indoor pool’s water was cold. It’s old and needs maintenance. The beds are uncomfortable and sagging. However, for the price-quality ratio, it’s not bad.

The hotel is very well located with a beautiful beach right in front. What surprised us most was the friendliness of the staff — the two entertainment guys (I really enjoyed aquagym and water polo), the waiters were lovely, the manager… always smiling and attentive to everything we needed, they have incredible staff. We also really liked the food; there’s a lot of variety and it’s very good. The pools are very clean and it’s a very pleasant place to be. Overall everything was perfect, especially the staff. The all-inclusive is great, the drinks are tasty and of good quality, and the hotel is pretty with supermarkets nearby (although you don’t need them with everything the hotel offers).
El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una playa preciosa justo enfrente, lo que más nos sorprendió es la amabilidad del personal, los dos chicos de animación (me gustó mucho aquagym y waterpolo), los camareros eran un encanto, la directora… siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos, tienen un personal increíble. También nos gustó muchísimo la comida, hay mucha variedad y está muy buena. Las piscinas muy limpias y se está muy a gusto. En general todo perfecto destacando al personal. El todo incluido está genial, las bebidas ricas y de calidad y el hotel es bonito y tienes supermercados cerca (aunque no hace falta con todo lo que el hotel ofrece).
The beds are comfortable but they're two single beds pushed together to make a double, and it's not the same as a proper double because the gap was very noticeable. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, and I missed evening entertainment that other hotels have — you end up having to get back into bed because you're bored. Even so, the hotel is very good and I would recommend it.
Las camas son cómodas pero son camas de 1 juntadas para hacer una de matrimonio y no es lo mismo que una grande, ya que se notaba mucho la separación, las almohadas eran muy finas y no eran cómodas y me faltó animación por la noche, con la que otros hoteles cuentan y te tienes que subir a la cama porque te aburres, aún así el hotel está muy bien y si lo recomiendo.

Perfect location right on the beach. The rooms are fine with a fridge, terrace and a good bathroom. The food is okay — not a huge variety but what they have is tasty. The all-inclusive is good too. And the staff are lovely, everyone from reception, the dining-room waiters, the bar and pool staff to the cleaners — it’s a pleasure to deal with people like that. Super efficient; any question or problem was solved immediately.
Situación perfecta en primera línea de Playa , las habitaciones están bien con nevera terraza y el baño también . La comida está bien no demasiada variedad pero lo que tienen está rico . El todo incluido está también bien. Y el personal encantadores todos, desde recepción, camareros del comedor, del bar, en la piscina, limpiadoras da gusto tratar con personal así . Súper eficientes cualquier duda o problema te lo solucionaban al instante .
When we arrived they gave us a room that faced a dark interior courtyard on the ground floor and it smelled of damp; the bathroom was very bad. I mentioned it and without any problem the next day they gave me a renovated room with a perfect bathroom — it was perfect, with light, a terrace and you could even see the sea… Perfect.

There aren’t enough lifts, the air conditioning is very weak — I imagine it gets hot in August.

The hotel feels like a 3-star. The bathroom in the room was small and the corridors were narrow and old. In our building there was only a single narrow lift. It lacks entertainment and activities. The best things were the location and the staff, who are very friendly. Considering how we travel — we visit other places during the day and like some hotel entertainment in the evenings — and taking into account the buffet, the facilities and the price paid, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal que es muy amable. El balance para nuestra forma de viajar, que por el día visitamos otros lugares y que por la noche nos gusta algo de animación en el hotel y teniendo en cuenta el buffet, las instalaciones y el precio pagado, sale que no repetiríamos en el hotel
We booked Half Board because we were going to be out exploring the island during the day. There was little price difference with the all‑inclusive, around €100 per person. Most guests had all‑inclusive and maybe for that reason, to be profitable they have to lower the quality of the food. The buffet was basic and the products were of average quality. For the price paid for Half Board, it doesn’t offer what we paid for. In my opinion, choose another hotel if you want Half Board. The best thing was the salad buffet. The worst was everything else. The fruit was second‑rate, the meat the same, and most of the fish was deep‑frozen and tasteless. The worst buffet I have ever been to. One night (the “burger” night) I didn’t know what to eat; only some roasted ribs were any good.
Cogimos media pensión, porque íbamos a movernos por la isla durante el día. Había poca diferencia de precio con el todo incluido, alrededor de 100 euros por persona. La mayoría de los clientes tenían todo incluido e igual por eso para ser rentable igual tienen que bajar la calidad de la comida. El buffet era básico y los productos de calidad media. Para el precio pagado por media pensión no sé ofrece lo que habíamos pagado. En mi opinión para media pensión mejor otro hotel. Lo mejor el buffet de ensalada. Lo peor el resto. La fruta de segunda categoría, la carne igual y la mayoría de los pescados eran ultracongelados y desabridos. El peor buffet en el que he estado. Hubo una noche (la de las "hamburguesas"), que no sabía que cenar, solo se salvaban unas costillas asadas

Disappointing
The hotel is on the beachfront, with the beach right in front. The leisure area and seafront promenade are just there. The staff were very attentive.
El hotel está en primera línea, tienes la playa justo delante. La zona de ocio y el paseo marítimo allí mismo. El personal muy atento.
I don’t even know where to start. Those 4 stars must be glued on with Loctite because I don’t think it even reaches 3. The facilities are very run-down and urgently need renovation. They put us in a ground-floor room that smelled of damp, the bathroom was all rusted, and water leaked out past the shower screen because it’s so old. There was no separation between terraces, you could be jumped on from the street. Skirting boards all lifted, doors in a terrible state. They moved us to another room that was a bit better — at least no damp — but the terrace wouldn’t lock. The cleaning stand-in didn’t clean the room for two days; she just straightened the sheets a bit and didn’t even bother to put the cushions back. The food wasn’t bad, just a bit basic. No evening entertainment.
No sé ni por dónde empezar. Las 4 estrellas las deben de tener pegadas con loctite porque yo creo que no llega ni a 3. Las instalaciones están muy estropeadas, necesitan renovación urgente. Nos metieron en una habitación en planta calle, olor a humedad, baño todo oxidado, se sale el agua por la mampara de vieja que está. Sin separación entre terrazas, te podían saltar desde la calle. Rodapiés todos levantados, puertas fatal. Nos cambiaron a otra un poco mejor por lo menos sin humedad pero no cerraba la terraza. La suplente de limpieza 2 días sin limpiar la habitación sólo estiro un poco las sábanas, no se molestó ni en poner los cojines. La comida no estaba mal pero un poco básica. Sin animación por las noches

Hotel well located. Rooms were fine, although both the mattress and pillows were very, very soft. The buffet pleasantly surprised me. The pool is great.

The area it's in has, on one side, the promenade with all the restaurants overlooking the sea and, on the other entrance, more shops — it's very good, there’s something for everyone. The staff are very friendly; I would particularly highlight the men and women working in the pool bars and in the evenings.

The hotel's food was quite good, and the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, as was the cleaning staff.

The reception staff didn’t explain anything about how the hotel worked — we arrived, they did give us the wristbands for meals, and that was it. The room could easily fit three beds but they only put two and a cot when we told them the children slept with us and not in a cot; the nappy situation was awful because we had to leave them in the bathroom sink and it smelled really bad, and one day they didn’t even clean for us...
El personal de recepción no nos explicó absolutamente nada del funcionamiento del hotel, llegamos, eso sí nos dieron las pulseras para ir a comer y ya. En la habitación cabían 3 camas perfectamente y solo pusieron 2 y una cuna cuando les dijimos que los niños dormían con nosotros y no en cuna; el tema pañales fatal porque los teníamos que dejar en el lavabo de la habitación y eso olía muy mal, un día ni nos limpiaron...

The bad points. There’s no car park for the car, so it takes you a long time to find a space.
The all-inclusive meal times are geared to foreigners — in Spain we never eat at those hours. The schedule is awful, with little flexibility so you don’t have time to see things around the island… and the all-inclusive drinks leave a lot to be desired.
