Very good service at check-in, very pleasant staff. Spectacular buffet, super large and with many options. We were with a celiac person and he was able to eat most of what there was, and the staff was very willing to provide information about all the dishes.
Atención en el check in muy buena, personal muy agradable. Buffet espectacular, super amplio y con muchas opciones. Íbamos con una persona celíaca y pudo comer la mayor parte de lo que había, además el personal estaba muy predispuesto a informar sobre todos los platos.
The pool closes at 7pm. Good time for British customers but too early for Spanish customers. Also getting a parasol is not easy and the pool staff does not help to manage a fair distribution of parasols.
La piscina cierra a las 19h. Buena hora para cliente británico pero demasiado temprano para perfil español. Además conseguir una sombrilla no es sencillo y el personal de piscina no ayuda a gestionar un reparto justo de sombrillas.

Hotel staff very friendly, competent, speaks English. Overall clean hotel. Nice location near the beach and reasonable room.
Personnel de l'hôtel très aimable, compétent, parle l'anglais. Hôtel propre en globalité. Bel emplacement près de la plage et chambre raisonnable.
Breakfast buffet is fine, but the evening buffet should be more varied. Not enough vegetables and not enough theme dinners. The terrace at the pool bar is often dirty and neglected, despite the good work of the staff. Uncleaned and dirty tables. The wifi doesn't work, or works very little, outside (pool bar, lobby and pool).
Buffet déjeuner est bien mais le buffet du soir devrait être plus varié. Pas assez de légumes et pas assez de dîner à thème. La terrasse au bar de la piscine est souvent sale et négligé malgré le bon travail du personnel. Table non débarrassées et sales. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas ou peu à l'extérieur (bar de la piscine, lobby et piscine).

It is a good 3-star hotel, on 3 occasions my room was left open since the door bounced and I did not realize it, and luckily nothing ever happened. They changed the towels every day, varied food, and entertaining night shows, as well as shows for children, very good.
Es buen hotel de 3 estrellas , en 3 oportunidades se me quedó la habitación abierta ya que la puerta al cerrar, rebotaba y no me daba cuenta, y nunca pasó nada por suerte. Cambiaron las toallas todos los días, comida variada, y los shows nocturnos entretenidos , como también shows para los niños , muy buenos .
The air conditioning seemed very low to me, it did not feel much. The tenants hang their towels on the balconies and it makes the hotel look like a horrible pension.
El aire acondicionado me parecía muy bajo, no se sentía mucho . Los inquilinos tienden las toallas en los balcones y hace ver el hotel como una pensión horrible .

To put something negative that is not. It's for the closet, a bit tight and awkward to hang the clothes of two people.
