The three of us went on a ski trip. One of us did not ski so it was important to find a hotel with centric location (for the non-skier) and at the same time a hotel with good proximity to a bus station that takes you directly to funicamp for skiers. And this hotel is a perfect option. On top of it it is jus 10-15 min walking from the bus station (this time we chose to come by bus from Barcelona).
Rooms are spacious - we had 1 room for 3 and each on of us had an individual bad (not 2 beds + sofa). Spa is quite small but still nice to have after all day skiing.

We liked almost everything! Very good hotel, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.
We are happy to come to this hotel again!!
We planned that there would be a buffet for dinner, but there was a dinner on the menu, which is not very convenient with children.
- In the spa zone, children can only from 10 to 13 (at this time we all went skiing)
-There is no transfer to Funikamp, ??as in some neighboring hotels (for example, Holiday Inn, where our friends lived)

Overall, everything was very good. If I had to mention something, though... on Thursday night, the 29th, I asked at reception if they could lend me a generic USB cable and they told me they didn't have any (a cable that probably hundreds of people forget every year...) without even getting up from their chair. The next morning, Friday the 30th, another, friendlier, and more helpful receptionist got up, went to look behind them, and told me that another colleague with access to a huge box of forgotten cables and chargers would be coming in a little while... that I should wait, as there was sure to be something that would work for me. Anyway, I just wanted to highlight the willingness of both of them to help the customer.
En general todo. estuvo muy bien.. por decir algo .. la noche del jueves 29 pregunté en recepción por un cable USB genérico que me pudieran prestar y me dijeron que no tenían (un cable que probablemente se olviden cientos de personas al año...) sin levantarse de la silla.
Al día siguiente por la mañana, el viernes 30, otro recepcionanista más amable y dispuesto, se levantó fue a mirar detrás y me dijo que en un rato vendría otra compañera con acceso a una caja enorme de cables y cargadores olvidados...que esperara que seguro que había algo que me pudiera servir
En fin solo puntuallizo las ganas de uno y otro de ayudar al cliente.

Arriving late (past 10pm) on the first evening due to terrible weather conditions for accessing Andorra, the reception staff made sure we could still eat (Half Board included in the room rate) before checking in. Spacious room, huge bed, large bathroom, impeccable cleanliness, small free bottles of water in the fridge and attentive hotel staff. Covered car park accessible from reception is also available, don't forget to ask for a card at reception to get a discount on its price, rate for 24 hours as of 03/16/2025: €16.5 with the discount.
Arrivés tardivement (22 heures passé) le premier soir en raison de conditions météorologiques déplorables pour accéder à l'Andorre, le personnel à l'accueil a fait en sorte que nous puissions quand même nous restaurer (demi-pension comprise dans le prix de la chambre) avant de faire l'enregistrement.
Chambre spacieuse, lit gigantesque grande salle de bains, propreté irréprochable, petites bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans le frigo et personnel de l'hôtel à l'écoute. Un parking couvert accessible depuis la réception est également disponible, ne pas oublier de demander une carte à la réception pour obtenir une réduction sur son prix, tarif pour 24 heures au 16/03/2025 : 16.5€ avec la réduction.
