The location is very good, it has its own car park, and the friendliness of the staff also helps. The buffet is also good, as is the breakfast. The main negative aspect - which is not enough to call it a "dislike" - is the age of the hotel, which is evident in the installed equipment (bathroom, noisy air conditioning, furniture and decoration of the rooms, or even, few electrical outlets in the room).
A localização é muito boa, tem estacionamento proprio, e a simpatia das pessoas também facilita. O buffet é também bom, assim como o pequeno almoço.
O principal aspeto negativo - que não é suficiente para colocar como "não gosto" - é o peso da idade que o hotel já apresenta, que se assentua nos equipamentos instalados (wc, ar condicionado ruidoso, mobiliário e decoração dos quartos, ou ainda, poucas tomadas no quarto).
What I really consider weak for a 4-star hotel is limiting the range of bathroom products to hand and shower gel.

I liked the location; I haven't visited the spa, but it must be good and it's free.

The rooms are quite outdated, the mattresses are mediocre, there's only one electrical outlet and it's under the table, the cups are cardboard (****?), the dinner buffet is poor quality, and they charge for all drinks, even water, even though it seems they refill it from the tap because it comes in non-airtight bottles.

Overall, everything was fine. The room was good, spacious and welcoming, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good and varied, and the dinner buffet had options for all tastes, being quite good for the price. The staff was also friendly and attentive. I didn't opt to rent a car park space due to the high price, but there is a car park less than 5 minutes walk away (Parc Central - belonging to the city's car parks) that has multi-day rates that are more affordable (I paid €81 for 7 days - in the hotel car park it would be €26 per night, which would total €156).
No geral tudo estava bem. O quarto era bom, espaçoso e acolhedor, tudo estava bem limpo, o pequeno-almoço era muito bom e variado ,e o bufet de jantar tinha opções para todos os gostos, sendo bastante bom para o preço. O staff também era simpático e atencioso.
Não optei por alugar espaço de estacionamento devido ao preço elevado, mas há um parque a menos de 5 minutos a pé (Parc Central - pertence aos parques da comuna) que tem tarifas para vários dias que fica mais em conta (paguei 81€ para 7 dias - no parque do hotel seria 26€ por noite o que dava no total 156€).

I would just point out that I missed having places in the room to hang coats and ski clothes outside the closet, and that there was a constant noise coming from outside, apparently a hum from the air conditioning system, but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. As for the location, for those who are going skiing or snowboarding in Grandvalira and like to arrive early and leave late, depending on the time of year it can take quite a while to get there and back, otherwise it's right in the center of Andorra la Vella.

Apenas apontar que senti falta de locais no quarto para pendurar casacos e roupas de ski fora do armário, e que havia um ruído constante vindo do exterior, aparentemente um zumbido do sistema de ar condicionado, mas que não impedia o sono. Quanto à localização, para quem vai fazer ski ou snowboard para Grandvalira e gosta de chegar cedo e sair tarde, dependendo da altura pode demorar bastante tempo a ir e voltar, de resto fica mesmo no centro de Andorra la Vella.
