During our stay, we arrived a day to our room and we found it open with a maintenance man on top of the toilet, we spoke in an overbearing manner as he made us go through a situation where we felt uncomfortable, when supposed to be our room , and that the treatment at least, must be correct towards the client A hotel of this category should not allow such persons, nor let anyone enter without our prior consent, since, we have paid for that accommodation, and in addition, in case of have to fix something, they must notify the client, that is why we give all our contact information, including our mobile phones. I look forward to some response to this embarrassing situation that made us go.

Durante nuestra estancia, llegamos un Día a nuestra habitación y nos la encontramos abierta con un hombre de mantenimiento encima del inodoro , nos habló de forma prepotente así como que nos hizo pasar por una situación donde nos sentimos incómodos, cuando se supone que es nuestra habitación, y que el trato al menos, debe ser correcto hacia el cliente Un hotel de esta categoría no debería permitir personas así, ni dejar entrar a nadie sin nuestro consentimiento previo, ya que, hemos pagado por ese alojamiento, y además, en caso de tener que arreglar algo, deben avisar al cliente, que por ello damos todos nuestros datos de contacto, inclusive nuestros móviles de teléfono. Espero alguna respuesta ante esta situación vergonzosa que nos hicieron pasar.
