          Accommodation description

          The Hotel Yomo Centric 4* superior is located in the center of Andorra la Vella, capital of Andorra, between the French and Spanish mountains. It has 24-hour reception, restaurant service, Wi-Fi connection and ski lockers.

          The rooms have TV, heating and air conditioning (depending on the season), minibar and free wifi. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and hairdryer. The adapted rooms only have a shower in the bathroom.

          The Pal-Arinsal ski resort is only 7 km away, great! In addition, the hotel is located on the popular Meritxell street, full of stores, and 600 meters from the spa centre Caldea.

          Parking fee approx 20 Euros per night but kinda average in the city centre. Wifi was great until it stopped working, took a full day before it was working again. Real pain in the ass given the data roaming rates in Andorra are around €10 PER Mb. Housekeeping hit and miss WRT towels and toilet paper.

          Central location, the bus to Encamp Funicular was just behind the hotel. Big and quite rooms
          Breakfast had a poor selection if you're a vegeterian, no vegetables at all. Had to make a salad from fruits. Room could have at least a teapot. No dishes, etc. Only a small fridge for mini bar

          We are regular guests because we absolutely love this hotel. Its location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are outstanding, especially those in the restaurant. Charming, polite, and friendly. Attentive. Special mention, as always, to Marian, who is a wonderful person.

          This time, I have to say that, knowing we booked one of the budget rooms, I wasn't very happy with it. The room smelled terrible when you walked in, there was no sofa, and you had to watch TV sitting on the bed. They didn't clean very well while we were there, as the glasses were still dirty, and they didn't even bother to sweep the floor.

Cuando entrabas olía muy mal la habitación, no había sofá y tenías que vez la tele sentada en la cama. No limpiaron muy bien mientras estuvimos, puesto que los vasos siguieron sucios, y el suelo no movieron ni una zapatilla para barrer.

          Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
