I didn't like the beach much,
There are so many seaweed piles that give off a very strong smell.

There was no lifeguard at the pool and it could do with more entertainment.
I suppose it was because we went in September, but it was full of people.

The room and the views were very good, as were the pool area and terraces, the buffet, bars and dancing. We had a great time.

Family holiday!! It was a fantastic 5 days! The hotel services were excellent, the buffet was one of the best I've ever had, the quality was unbeatable, lactose-free milk, oat milk… so much variety. The rooms and bathroom were fine; we got one without a terrace (that was a bit of a bummer) but they were very spacious, with a refrigerator, two armchairs… really great, actually. The hotel entertainment was incredible, so many things for both children and adults, plus the fact that the ball pit was open all day was a huge bonus. We'll definitely be back!!
Vacaciones en familia!! Han sido 5 día geniales! Los servicios del hotel excelentes, el buffet me ha parecido de los mejores en los que he estado, la calidad inmejorable, leche sin lactosa, de avena….mucha variedad.
Las habitaciones y baño bien, nos tocó una que no tenía terraza (eso fue un poco rollete) pero son muy amplias, nevera, dos butacones… muy bien la verdad.
La animación del hotel increíble, muchísimas cosas para los niños y para los adultos, además que el parque de bolas para los niños que estuviera abierto todo el día es un súper-plus.
Repetiremos seguro!!
The downside is that there are three elevators, but with so many people, the wait can be quite long during peak hours… and there's also a long wait at the buffet entrances during peak hours, but if you arrive 30 minutes early for your meals, you can get in without waiting!
Lo malo es que los ascensores, hay 3 pero al haber tanta gente se hace un poco larga la espera en las horas puntas… y en las entradas al buffet también hay mucha espera en las las horas puntas, pero si adelantas 30’ las comidas entras sin esperas!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The entertainment team was wonderful; they provided us with a free iron and ironing board and were always ready to help with anything else we needed. The hotel facilities were well-equipped for a 3-star hotel. The food was good some days, but mostly it was tasty. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The beach is nearby, but I wouldn't recommend it as it's in the port and quite dirty. Overall, though, it was fine.
El personal super amables y atentos los animadores super majos nos facilitaron una plancha y la tabla gratuita y para cualquier otra cosa te ayudaban. Las instalaciones del hotel bien equipadas para un 3* la comida unos días mejores que otros pero la mayoría estaba bueno,habitación grande y las camas comodas.La playa cerca pero no la recomiendo esta en el puerto y muy sucia, pero por lo general bien.
The room was clean, but the bathroom was especially dirty; frankly, the toilet and shower screen were disgusting, covered in mold and soot. The air conditioning was terrible; it was just a duct that let out a cool breeze, but not the air it should have provided in the heat. The hotel is a bit far from the main leisure area, but you can get there in no time by car, which is more than enough because of the heat. If you go at another time of year, it's not a problem. The pools were very crowded for how small they are, but there was space for the sun loungers. The beach was a huge disappointment; it was very dirty. The beach by the port, next to the hotel, had gray sand and a horrible smell; we couldn't stay. At the beach near the marina, the shore was covered in seaweed, and the facilities were nonexistent. The foot shower was in very poor condition, and the access path was full of sand, without the usual walkway to avoid getting dirty when leaving. We expected something different from the beaches of Denia, which is obviously the responsibility of the town council! This town is best visited when it's cooler so you can see everything properly and take a stroll.
La limpieza de la habitación, el baño sobre todo sucio la verdad daba asco el w.c y la mampara con moho y renegria,el Aire acondicionado mal era un conducto que salía una brisa fresca pero no el aire que debería tener con la calor que hace allí,el hotel un poco alejado de el centro de ocio pero con el coche se llegaba en nada, mas que nada por la calor que hacía si vas en otra temporada no hay problema. Las piscinas muy llenas para lo pequeña que es pero para las tumbonas si habia espacio, la playa si nos decepcióno mucho muy sucias, la del puerto al lado del hotel la arena gris y un olor horrible no nos pudimos quedar y la delas marines la orilla llena de algas y las instalaciones inexistente el lava pies muy mal y el acceso para entrar lleno de arena sin el camino que normalmente hay para no mancharse al salir, nos esperábamos otra cosa de las playas de Denia que eso es cosa del ayuntamiento claro!, a este pueblo es para ir con menos calor para poder ver todo bien y pasear.

Very friendly staff. The bus option to the beach is incredibly convenient. The activities for children were very entertaining. We would definitely return. A wonderful holiday!

The food was good, the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the village, a very pleasant stroll. The cleanliness was very good and I really appreciated that they cleaned the room first thing in the morning. The pool and the entertainment were very nice. The beach is right next door.

This three-star hotel is really good in every way, definitely much better than some four-star ones. The pool areas stand out, the food is great, and the staff are unbeatable.
