The adults' pool, if I have to mention something positive.

The slide area and the pools were very good, as were the rest of the facilities. The staff were also very pleasant and attentive. A lovely touch from the hotel — it was my husband’s birthday (we hadn’t said anything) and they surprised us by bringing a bottle of cava to the room.
It’s very close to Plaza del Mar, where there are a variety of bars, restaurants and other leisure options.
I highly recommend this hotel.
La zona de toboganes y las piscinas estaban muy bien, así como el resto de instalaciones. El personal también muy agradable y atento. Un detallazo del hotel, era el cumpleaños de mi marido (no habíamos dicho nada) y nos trajeron por sorpresa una botella de cava a la habitación.
Está muy cerca de la plaza del mar donde hay variedad de bares y restaurantes y otras opciones de ocio.
Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel.

The rooms were very well kept — clean and a good size. The service, especially from the waiting staff, was very good, and the pool area was excellent — the best part of the hotel. There’s car park right underneath the hotel so you don’t need to pay for private car park. The area has plenty to do. A very good hotel.

The only thing to improve was the food — it was tasty but there was very little variety, although the quality was good. The breakfast, though, was great.

The hotel is completely refurbished and everything is very clean; we appreciated being given a room with pool views.
Also worth mentioning is how friendly the staff were.
The buffet wasn’t very varied but the food was very tasty. In the dining room the tables were comfortable and well spaced; in other places they’re so close together you don’t have any privacy.
El Hotel está totalmente reformado y todo está muy limpio, agradecer que nos dieran una habitación con vistas a la piscina.
Destacar también la simpatía de los empleados.
El buffet no muy variado pero la comida muy rica. En el comedor las mesas muy cómodas y espaciadas, en otros están tan juntas que no tienes intimidad.
Just one suggestion: when serving drinks in the evening, you could pair them with sweets, popcorn, etc.

I loved the pool because the temperature isn’t freezing — it’s amazing.

The pools and buffets are some of the best places I’ve visited. The main beach bar is a bit expensive, but fine.

En general todo muy bien. Las habitaciones espaciosas y todo muy limpio, las piscinas muy bien, nos ha gustado mucho que se separe la zona de niños, hamacas y sombra suficiente para pasar el tiempo que te apetezca, comida de buffet variada y me sorprendieron los guisos tan gustosos y todo apetecible.
La zona donde se realizan los espectáculos por la noche debería de estar habilitada para poder disfrutarlos sentado y sin obligación de consumición, a mí personalmente después del buffet no me apetece tomar nada, pero sí disfrutar de la velada que estuvo muy bien y variada.
