The hotel was lovely and of a very high standard. The staff were excellent, the young lady who checked us in was very helpful and patient.

The dining service was awful. At breakfast they took ages to replenish the food; you could rarely find hot milk as it ran out quickly and they were very slow to top it up. The same happened with cups and teaspoons...
Dinner service was even worse: they took ages to clear used plates from the table and were very slow to offer drinks. The food itself was quite ordinary — the evening soups were from packets, and let’s not forget this is a 5-star hotel...
El servicio del comedor malísimo, en los desayunos tardaban muchísimo en reponer los alimentos, rara vez podías encontrar leche caliente, se acababa enseguida y tardaban muchísimo en reponer. Ocurría lo mismo con tazas, cucharillas.....
El servicio de la cena todavía peor, tardaban muchísimo en retirarte los platos usados de la mesa, tardaban muchísimo en ofrecerte bebida, con respecto a la comida muy normal, las sopas de la noche eran de sobre y no olvidemos que es un hotel de 5 estrellas......

The facilities, the gym together with the indoor pool. The outdoor pools, the mid-morning snack they gave us while we enjoyed the sun on our sunbeds, the tranquillity, the dinners with shows, the clothesline on every room terrace, the advice for excursions and discovering other places. The service and attention are a 10. The breakfast lacks nothing.

Las piscinas exteriores, el aperitivo que nos daban a media mañana mientras disfrutamos del sol en nuestras tumbonas,la tranquilidad, las cenas con espectáculo, el tendedero en cada terraza de las habitaciones, el asesoramiento para hacer excursiones y conocer otros sitios. The best thing was the location. Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms.

The breakfast could be improved. What we didn’t like was that there was no fridge in the room, only a “warmer” that is useless. Still, they did bring ice to the room a couple of times.

The hotel is great; it was peaceful at the time we went. The pools are wonderful — we felt very comfortable.

The staff and facilities make the stay pleasant because the food is horrible.

I can't believe this could be a five-star hotel because of the food. I've stayed in two-star places with far better food. Everything was terrible... inedible... we survived on gazpacho and pizza, which were the only things worth eating. Also, they charged €8 for a bag of ice... not great. It's a real shame for a five-star hotel to be like this — many people complained to reception and yet everything remained awful.
Por la comida para mí sería imposible que tenga 5 estrellas. He estado en hoteles con dos estrellas que le daban mil vueltas a la comida. Todo era de pésima calidad… incomestible… hemos sobrevivido a base de gazpacho y pizza que era lo único que se salvaba. Al igual que solicites hielo y te cobren 8 euros…no se deja mucho que desear. Y de verdad que es una pena que un 5 estrellas haga esto, además muchos se quejaron a recepción y aún así todo seguía estando malísimo.

The room stood out — it was very good, the bed very comfortable, excellent cleanliness, and the pool was super clean and convenient with plenty of sunbeds.
A destacar la habitación que estaba muy bien, cama muy cómoda, limpieza estupenda y la piscina súper limpia y cómoda con muchas hamacas.
As a criticism, I would say not so much the breakfast but the dinner: we stayed with Half Board and the food had little variety, the fried items were cold, as were the pizzas. For a five-star hotel, it falls a little short in that respect.

The hotel is lovely — attractive, clean, fragrant and very well kept. The pools are great and clean. The rooms are nice, well looked after and tidy. There is free car park next to the hotel. Some of the staff are very friendly.
El hotel es un espectáculo, bonito, limpio, oloroso muy cuidado. Las piscina muy buenas y limpias. Las habitaciones bonitas, cuidadas y limpias. Tiene aparcamiento gratis al lado del hotel. Y algunos del personal muy majos.
The worst thing was the food, especially dinner. The meats, fish and seafood were raw and poorly prepared, with very little variety. We complained and it improved for about three days but then went back to the same, to the point that we had to go out for dinner and incur extra expenses despite dinners being included. I find it disrespectful that a 5-star hotel serves tortilla and scrambled eggs made from powder (disgusting). Another thing: they sell it as a beachfront hotel but that beach is a muddy mess, meaning another expense travelling 30 to 45 minutes daily to get to a decent beach. It’s not the end of the world but they should say so and let you choose.
Lo peor es las comidas, sobre todo la cena. Las carnes, pescados y mariscos crudos y mal elaborados, muy poca variedad. Nos quejamos y mejoró tres días o así pero luego volvió a lo mismo, al punto de tener que ir a cenar fuera del hotel ocasionando más gastos, teniendo cenas incluidas. Me parece una falta de respeto que un hotel de 5 estrellas haga tortilla y huevo revuelto de polvo ( asqueroso). Otro punto que te lo venden como hotel en primera línea de playa pero esa playa esa un fango, otro gasto más viajar de 30 a 45 mtos diarios para ir a una playa decente. Que no pasa nada pero debería contarlo y uno poder elegir.

The room was very good. The beds are very comfortable. The wardrobes are very large. And a little balcony, also very nice. The pools are amazing, spectacular. That’s what we liked the most.
