Everything is great, they serve you in a very good way in the dining room, they don't let you miss anything, they are waiting for you, the swimming pools, the children's park... they help you load luggage and take it down... I really liked everything and in the all-inclusive you won't miss anything absolutely nothing! We will be back
Buenísimo todo , te atienden de una manera muy buena en el comedor no dejan que te falte de nada están pendientes, las piscinas parke infantil.. te ayudan a subir equipaje y a bajarlo.. me gustó mucho todo y en el todo incluido no te falta absolutamente de nada! Volveremos
The cleaning of the floors in the rooms was very poor, ants accumulated in the room, the children couldn't eat because the ants came out, juice fell on us the first day and the stain remained until we left, THEY DON'T CLEAN THE FLOORS UNTIL YOU YOU GO... the first day you have to complain and if you see ants, all the more reason... otherwise everything is perfect
La limpieza de los suelos de las habitaciones muy escasa, se acumulaban hormigas en la habitación no podían come los niños porque salían las hormigas, nos cayó zumo el primer día y se quedó la mancha hasta que nos fuimos, NO LIMPIAN LOS SUELOS HASTA Q TE VAS.. el primer día hay q quejarse y si ves hormigas Con más razón.. por lo demás todo perfecto

The facilities are large and the staff is very friendly and helpful, except for a short blonde cook who treated her partner poorly and answered very dry and rude. Large rooms, good access to the beach, good location in general very good.
Las instalaciones grandes y el personal muy amable y servicial, excepto una cocinera baja rubia que trataba mal a su compañero y contestaba muy seca y borde. Las habitaciones grandes, acceso bueno a la playa, buena ubicación en general muy bien.
The last 3 days the cleaning was disastrous, it was only making the bed and changing towels, the room was not cleaned. The Mini club wasted staff, little babysitting, little art compared to other hotels we have been to and it is a shame. The rooms should have a shower tray and in our case it was very uncomfortable because water was constantly coming out because the screen is short and the column very outdated shower. A five-star hotel fails that the juice is from a tetrabrik, natural orange juice since we are in Spain!
Los 3 últimos días la limpieza fue desastrosa, solo era hacer cama y cambiar toallas, no limpiaban la habitación. El Mini club desaprovechado personal poco niñero, poco arte comparado con otros hoteles que hemos estado y es una pena.Las habitaciones debería tener plato de ducha y en nuestro caso muy incómodo porque se salía constantemente agua para fuera porque la mampara es corta y la columna de ducha muy anticuada. Un hotel con cinco estrellas falla que el zumo sea de tetrabrik, zumo de naranja natural que estamos en España!

The staff are very good except for the live cook, a strong older gentleman, who is very rude. Rest of the wonderful staff. Avi very good adult entertainer as always. Javier the phenomenal meter, affectionate and attentive
El personal es muy bueno a excepción del cocinero en vivo, un señor mayor fuerte, que es muy desagradable. Resto del personal maravilloso.
Avi animadora de adultos muy buena como siempre.

It is the third year that we go and the children's mini club this year has been horrible. Lucia and Kevin are very affectionate with the children but they don't encourage them at all, they get very bored so they spend very little time in the mini-club. There are a lot of flies next to the small pool that don't let you rest. And the cocktails have gotten a bit better but still pretty bad
Es el tercer año que vamos y el mini club de los niños este año ha sido horrible. Lucia y Kevin son muy cariñosos con los niños pero no les animan nada, se aburren mucho por lo que están muy poco rato en el miniclub.
Hay muchas moscas al lado de la piscina pequeña que no te dejan descansar.
Y los cócteles han mejorado un poco pero siguen siendo bastante malos

Very short animation... we went with two children and there was not much. We have missed the music in the pool.

It is a quite complete hotel, exquisite treatment by the waiters, reception all waiting for you, the IT quite complete, brand drinks and it has a buffet in the pool where there is everything from 11 in the morning to 6:30. Super bad waitress meme. I really liked the hotel
Es un hotel bastante completo, trato exquisito los camareros, recepción todos pendientes de ti, el TI bastante completo, bebidas de marca y tiene bufet en la piscina donde hay de todo desde las 11 de la mañana hasta las 6,30. La camarera meme súper mala. Me ha gustado mucho el hotel
What I liked the least was the entertainment, for being 5 stars it leaves a lot to be desired, nothing about entertainment for children at night. That was what I didn't like.
Lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido la animación, para ser 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear nada de animación para los niños por la noche. Eso ha sido lo que no me ha gustado.
