The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and larger than most hotel rooms and very clean.
The fridge was stocked with free soft drinks even though we were only on half board and water is free with meals in the dining room and free at the bar to top up water bottles.
The hotel is located next to the wide sandy beach and promenade which goes on for miles and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The entertainment/ bar area is mostly open air and was a bit chilly sitting out in October. The entertainment itself wasn't very Spanish, which would have been nice especially for the Spanish guests.
As in a lot of reviews, the hotel asks you not to reserve sunbeds yet people are reserving them at 8 am then going off for the day resulting in a lack of sunbeds.
The dress code in the restaurant isn't observed and for a 5* hotel should be as it lowers the tone of the hotel.

We stayed for a week in the suite with a jacuzzi, a living room with a sofa bed for the kids, and another bedroom for the adults, with a 2-meter bed. The terrace was spectacular, the room had all the amenities, and many thoughtful touches, like free minibar items upon check-in, a free fruit plate the day before we left, and plastic plates, cups, and cutlery for the kids at the buffet. The lazy river in the pool is really cool because it drifts along on its own, and the kids had a great time. Despite its size, you never feel overcrowded; there are always free sun loungers and spots at the buffet. Everything was great. We'll definitely be back. And the staff is very attentive and friendly.
Hemos estado una semana ,en la suite con jacuzzi,un salón con sofá cama para los niños y otra habitación para los adultos, con una cama de 2 m. La terraza espectacular,la habitación con todas las comodidades,muchos detalles tenían,como los productos del minibar gratis a la entrada, plato de fruta gratis el día de antes de irnos,platos vasos y cubiertos de plástico para los niños en el buffer. El río de la piscina es chulísimo porque te va llevando solo y los niños se lo pasaron genial. A pesar de ser grande nunca notas masificación,siempre hay tumbonas libres, sitios en el buffet. Todo genial. Volveremos seguro. Y el personal muy atento y amable.

The holiday was great. We enjoyed ourselves and rested. The staff at reception, the waiters, and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. One drawback is that I think the mini-club needs to be improved and a junior club created... so the games and/or activities can be tailored to each child's stage. I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff are some of the best you can find. The location is very good, the cleanliness is quite good, and the room was a very good size, the bed was quite large and had several sets of pillows, which is appreciated. If you stay more than 4 nights, the fact that they have an Italian or Asian restaurant is a plus, as is a spa circuit. The pool is like three, the one that surrounds it is at a very good temperature and it is very pleasant to have the currents carry you along. El personal de los mejores que se pueden encontrar .la ubicación muy buena la limpieza es bastante buena y la habitación estaba muy bien de tamaño la cama bastante grande y varios juegos de almohada cosa de agradecer .que tenga si vas más de 4 noches un restaurante italiano o asiático es un punto a su favor y un circuito en el spa . La piscina son como tres la q rodea está a muy buena temperatura y es muy gustosa q las corrientes te lleven .la comida correcta si.n mas .muchas hamacas y sombrillas .en general muy bueno en cuanto podamos repetimos .
