Buffetten waren uitgebreid, show cooking had lekkere gerechten gemaakt door sympathieke koks.
Mooie omgeving !
Heel gehorige kamers (kamer met tussendeur).
Heel erg druk omwille van jeugdgroepen die doorheen het hele hotel ongecontroleerd hun gang gingen en vooral in het restaurant enorm veel lawaai en chaos veroorzaakten.
Restaurant erg ongezellig... 'refter' zou een betere omschrijving zijn.

The hotel is perfect for children; they enjoyed the water Water Slides the most.
El hotel es ideal para los niños, los toboganes de agua es lo que más les ha gustado.
The worst part was the buffet. There was a queue to get in and it was very noisy inside. In general, the food is good but there isn’t much variety. At the weekend it improved a bit, but there are still things that need to improve. Only one person at the grill isn’t enough for so many people. When something ran out, it took a long time for them to restock.
La peor parte el buffet. Cola para entrar y mucho ruido en el interior. En general la comida está buena pero no hay mucha variedad. El fin de semana mejoró algo pero hay cosas que mejorar. Una sola persona en la plancha no da abasto para tantas personas. Cuando faltaba algo tardaban en reponer.

Fabulous
We loved the room we got, it was very close to the pool with Water Slides, and it was really convenient to come and go through the terrace.
It's great for travelling with children, we had a really good time.

One good thing: the rooms had air conditioning, if I have to mention something positive.

The food couldn't have been worse. They used the same grill for both fish and meat (so the meat didn't taste like meat, it tasted like fish). All the food was inedible. The leftover meat from lunch would be served in sauce at dinner, and the pizzas were made using leftovers from other meals with all the ingredients mixed together. The swimming pool ruins all your swimsuits (I can only guess the chlorine levels aren't what they're supposed to be), and the slide gets bits of plastic stuck under your nails. We had this happen with my son, and I kept seeing other children with the same issue. The lifeguards didn't care at all—kids were throwing proper balls from the slide even though the pool was full of young children and people, and the lifeguard just ignored it. A nightmare of a hotel; I wouldn’t come back, not even if they gave me three extra nights for free. Some of the entertainers were very nice, but the entertainment itself was terrible.
Peor comida imposible, la misma plancha para hacer el pescado y la carne ( lo cual la carne no tenía su sabor , sabía a pescado ) toda la comida incomible, la carne que sobraba al mediodía por la noche la tenías en salsa, las pizzas las hacían con los restos de las comidas y mezclaban todos los ingredientes. La piscina te estropea todos los bañadores ( lo que deduzco que no pasará la calidad de cloro que debe de llevar )y el tobogán se te mete trozos de plástico en las uñas tuvimos un percance de ese tipo con mi hijo , y seguí viendo a varios niños que les pasó lo mismo. Los socorristas pasando de todo, niños tirando pelotas de reglamento desde el tobogán, con la piscina llena de niños pequeños y de gente y el socorrista pasando.Un horror de hotel no volvería ni aun regalándome 3 noches más. La animación algunos muy simpáticos pero era pésima.

The best things about the hotel are the pool and the water Water Slides. For a family with children, it is a very good experience.

Things to improve: there are quite a few issues. The “All-Inclusive” isn’t really all-inclusive — for example, mojitos cost €4. Also, during the day drinks are only served at the beach bar 200 m from reception, so even to get a coffee you have to walk there in the sun and heat. Some items could be served in the hotel bar, which is indoors, but it only opens from 19:30h to 23:00h. The entertainment is a bit weak, and another thing worth noting is that they charge €4 per day for the safe — I have never been charged for that before. People smoke and drink in the pool and no one says anything.
A mejorar, hay muchas cosas. El todo incluido, no es todo incluido, los mojitos por ejemplo, tienes que pagar 4€, a parte de eso, durante el día, solo sirven en el bar del chiringuito a 200m del la recepción, incluso para tomar un café, tienes que hacer el camino con el sol y la calor pertinente. Se podrían servir cosas en el bar del hotel , que está dentro, pero solo abre de 19h a 23h. La animación un poco floja y luego otra cosa que llama la atención, es que te cobran 4€ de la caja fuerte por día, nunca me han cobrado. La gente fuma y bebe en la piscina, nadie dice nada.

What I liked most
* **Staff service**: Very good. We felt well looked after at all times.
* **Beds**: Comfortable and pleasant for resting.
* **Pool**: Very well maintained and one of the hotel's main advantages.
* **Water Slides**: The children had a great time and really enjoyed the pool area.
* **Food**: Although I found it fairly ordinary, it was good and varied. Overall, we were satisfied.

* La piscina: Está muy bien cuidada y es una de las grandes ventajas del hotel.

* La comida: Aunque me pareció bastante normal, estuvo buena y fue variada. En general, quedamos satisfechos.
* Air conditioning: Some areas, such as the games arcade and the buggy car park, are too hot. The same applies to the snack area next to the Aquafun. It seems the air conditioning is not working properly or is insufficient.
* Cleanliness: At times I found these areas a little unclean. Admittedly, some of the dirt is caused by guests leaving items on tables instead of putting them in the bins, but it would be good to step up cleaning and perhaps remind guests to help keep the areas tidy.
* Beach access: It would be wonderful to open a gate by the pool side to allow easier access to the beach. This would be especially practical for families and would make it much more comfortable to enjoy both the pool and the beach.
* Climatización: Hay algunas zonas, como el espacio de las maquinitas y los carritos, que son demasiado calurosas. Lo mismo ocurre con la zona del snack junto al Aquafun. Parece que el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente o no es suficiente.
* Limpieza: En algunos momentos encontré estas zonas un poco sucias. También es cierto que parte de la suciedad se debe a que algunos huéspedes dejan las cosas sobre las mesas en lugar de tirarlas a la basura, pero sería bueno reforzar la limpieza y, quizá, recordar a los huéspedes que colaboren manteniendo los espacios limpios.
* Acceso a la playa: Sería maravilloso que habilitaran una puerta de acceso por el lado de la piscina para poder salir y entrar más fácilmente e ir caminando hacia la playa. Sería especialmente práctico para las familias y haría mucho más cómodo disfrutar tanto de la piscina como de la playa.

The location is very good, it's right in the heart of Cabo de Gata. It's about 30 to 40 minutes from the tourist spots.
Comfortable beds. It's a good hotel for families, as it has Water Slides and plenty of entertainment, especially for children.
Check-in and check-out were quick. Also, there is water available at reception at all times.

Sometimes there were breadcrumbs on the dining room chairs and the tables were a bit dirty.
The cocktail service in the evening should finish at midnight, at least on Saturdays, or at least until the hotel’s evening activities are over.
The food was varied, but generally low quality.

The place is very pretty, the pool is beautiful and large, and we felt very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Varied food, although not of the highest quality. The pool facilities are very good—well maintained and a lot of fun for the children. Thanks to these, our experience was much better.

The hotel’s air conditioning stopped working. It was unbearably hot in the main areas and in some rooms as well. They tried to solve this by handing out fans for the rooms, but it was tough to cope with those temperatures without air conditioning.

An incredible hotel for children — there are lots of Water Slides and they had a fantastic time. I was a little worried about booking because I had read reviews mentioning flies in the buffet area, but everything was fine: limited variety of food but good, and the place was clean.

The hotel's location is very good and the staff are generally helpful.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal en general también.
The quality and cleanliness have declined over the years (this is my third visit). This year the room had ants and we reported twice that the room’s air-conditioning thermostat wasn’t working, so it was impossible to set a comfortable temperature. We were either freezing or sweltering, and our complaints were ignored on both occasions. That said, the price has shot up this year and I am seriously considering changing hotels for future visits.
La calidad y la limpieza han ido empeorando con el paso de los años (es el tercer año que voy). Este año la habitación tenía hormigas dentro y avisamos 2 veces que el termostato del aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y era imposible regular una temperatura. O nos moríamos de frío o de calor, no hicieron ningún caso en las dos ocasiones. Eso sí el precio este año se ha disparado y ya me planteo muy seriamente cambiar de hotel para próximos años.
