the staff were very nice and helpful.
I might say that the hotel was OK and everything went fine, we had a pleasant stay. However, me and my group considered that the hotel does not fulfill the standards of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel staff was very kind, and the rooms very clean. This hotel is very close to the city center and next to the main road, so it's perfect to move to the ski stations. The breakfast was very good also, despite the coffee (was not that good).
The breakfast was too late (starting at 8:00 am).
The parking price for a day (15€). Next to the hotel, there is a parking where you can park the car all night long for less than 4€.

The food was very good and most of the staff were very friendly. The location was very good, close to the center and very convenient for getting around.
La comida a estado muy bien y la mayoría del personal muy amable.

The cleaning is a bit neglected, lots of cobwebs in any common area. The bathrooms need a check, not because they are dirty but because they are poorly maintained (the daily cleaning in the rooms is very good).

Excellent location, you have a car park (check rates at reception) next door or the hotel's which costs the same €18 per day. Next door you have a McDonald's and 5 minutes away is Meritxell Avenue with all the restaurants and supermarkets. You have a restaurant in the hotel for dinner and a drink until 11:00 pm. Hotel with a good pool.

Very friendly staff even if most of them don't speak French. Good breakfast with a choice of sweet and savory dishes. Evening meal with different dishes. Good value for money.

A lemonade was served instead of sparkling water. The hot chocolate from the breakfast machine was diluted ++ with water the next day, chocolate powder, but the hot milk was barely warm in the pot. Lovely setting with a swimming pool that would require a little maintenance but still very pleasant during the hot stay.

It's a bit old, I'm not sure it would get 4* right now. The air heating doesn't have a thermostat, if you turn it on you have to turn it off after a while. It's a shame that car park spaces can't be reserved in advance.
Està un pel envellit, no tinc clar que ara mateix aconseguís 4*. La calefacció per aire no té termostat, si l’encens al cap d’una estona l’has d’apagar. Una llàstima que les places d’aparcament no es puguin reservar previament.

A very simple hotel, the worst 4 star I have ever been to.
Un hotel muy sencillo, el peor 4 estrellas que he ido.
The food was a disaster, a cold dinner with very little variety, it was not tasty and some of it was cold. Also, my daughter is a vegetarian and there was only potatoes and soup (oh my goodness, how salty and bad it was).
