The Wi-Fi doesn't work well; it's practically nonexistent. The pool water is cold, and the showers in the changing rooms also have cold water. There are no signs to guide you to the car park area, access codes, or how to find the building and car park. No directions were provided beforehand. The sofa bed, table, and chairs are all very old, at least 30 years old.

The rooms are old, with very outdated furniture. In general, everything is very old and neglected. The reception is only open for a few hours. On the first day, we found a guy who spoke four words of Spanish. No one spoke English. It's just French everywhere. The car park lot is a maze. They should reserve car park spaces according to room type. On the first day, you can't find anything, as the whole place is a maze. Having been used to skiing in Andorra or Huesca, it's nothing like this. The maintenance, facilities, etc., are all terrible. We didn't want to go to the pool because of how neglected everything was; who knows what the water was like... When you leave, they force you to put everything back in the closets, unplug the refrigerator... I recommend washing the dishes on the first day; it says no one checks them. The worst thing, by far, is the SKISET Font-Romeu Location de ski | Centre-ville shop where you pick up your ski equipment. This opinion is corroborated by other travellers. Apart from the owner, the staff is awful. They only speak French, they treat Spaniards terribly, they don't let you try the equipment, and if you want to exchange it, they make it incredibly difficult. It's by far the worst place we've ever been.They force you to unpack the boots when you return them (only for Spaniards). It took 45 minutes to rent equipment, even though we were first in line. I would never go back to this place.
Las habitaciones son antiguas, con muebles muy viejos. En general, todo es muy viejo y descuidado. La recepción solo está abierta muy pocas horas. El primer día encontramos un chico que hablaba 4 palabras de español. Ingles, nadie. Solo francés en todas partes. El aparcamiento es un laberinto. Deberían reservar las plazas según habitación. El primer día no encuentras nada, ya que todo en general es un laberinto. Acostumbrados a esquiar en Andorra o Huesca, no tiene nada que ver. El mantenimiento, instalaciones, etc. No quisimos ir a la piscina por lo descuidado que esta todo, a saber como estaría el agua... Cuando sales, te obligan a colocar todo en los armarios, desconectar la nevera... Recomiendo lavar los platos el primer día, indica que nadie los revisa. Lo peor, con muchísima diferencia es la tienda SKISET Font-Romeu Location de ski | Centre-ville para recoger el material de ski. Esta opinión es contrastada con otros viajeros. A parte del dueño, el personal es horrible. Solo hablan francés, a los españoles nos tratan fatal, no te dejan probar el material y para cambiar-lo te ponen mil pegas. Es con mucha diferencia el peor sitio que hemos estado. Te obligan a deshacer las botas cuando las devuelves (a los españoles, solo). 45 minutos para alquilar un material, siendo los primeros de la cola. Jamás volvería a este sitio.

Poor management of check-in times (4pm to 7pm) which leads to queues. There are not enough lifts for all the rooms, making it almost impossible to get on a lift when going to/returning from skiing.

The best thing about Pic de l'Ours is its location opposite the cable car with access to les Airelles. It is a very convenient accommodation for families with small children or for those who want to avoid having to take the car. The apartments have everything you need for a short stay, they are not luxurious, but they are not bad at all. There is free covered car park and a ski locker. Our apartment had a very nice balcony with beautiful views of the Cerdanya mountains. Beautiful views of the sunrise to start the day.
Lo mejor de Pic de l'Ours es su ubicación enfrente del telecabina con acceso a les Airelles. Es un alojamiento muy cómodo para familias con niños pequeños o para los que quieren evitar tener que coger el vehículo. Los apartamentos cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta, no son lujosos, pero no están nada mal.
Cuenta con parking cubierto gratuito y taquilla guardaesquís.
Nuestro apartamento contaba con un balcón muy agradable con unas bonitas vistas a las montañas de la Cerdanya. Preciosas vistas del amanecer para comenzar el día.
