The entertainment for both adults and children is excellent. The buffet areas are very spacious, the pool is very large and not overcrowded, and it's so close to the beach.

The pools are very fun and entertaining, although they've seen some deterioration since our last visit two years ago. The beach is wonderful and is right at the foot of the hotel.
Las piscinas son muy divertidas y entretenidas aunque se le nota un desmejoramiento desde nuestra última visita hace 2 años. La playa es estupenda y está a los pies del hotel.
The pillows caused a back/neck problem throughout my stay, requiring paid massages to try to relieve the pain, although they weren't a complete cure. The buffet meals... I have mixed feelings about these meals, and not just at this hotel. So many meals, but none of them were of much quality or flavor. A daily menu would be better. Less waste and better food.
Las almohadas han supuesto un problema de espalda/cuello durante toda mi estancia, teniendo que realizarme masajes de pago para intentar aliviar el dolor aunque sin ser del todo la cura. Las comidas buffets... Tengo un sentimiento encontrado con estas comidas, no solo en este hotel. Muchas comidas y poca calidad y sabor en todas. Mejor sería un menú diario a elegir. Se tira menos y se come mejor.

The entertainment was very dull and aimed at foreigners. The heated pool can only be used if you pay for the spa (24 euros per person) and for an hour and a half. It should be free access, especially considering that the outdoor pools were closed.

The only drawback is the entertainment. It has very little entertainment and at night it starts and ends very early.... The table was near the exit but inside the dining room. I really don't see any good ways of treating customers. I know that the situation is magnificent, in fact I have been to other hotels in the chain and I have never experienced this. Most of the workers are reluctant and do not know how to behave. I know that it is useless but they should just let someone know that it hurts them.

En 2 ocasiones se dirigieron de forma grosera y tuteandome sin dar mi permiso una diciéndome con la primera cerveza que pedí que el color de la pulsera era de salida el cual me dieron en recepción. Otra vez en el snack tenía la mesa cerca de la puerta me gritaron para decirme " oye , oye que la comida no se puede sacar del salón " la mesa estaba cerca de la salida pero dentro del salón . De verdad no veo buenas maneras de tratar a los clientes
Se que la situación es magnífica de hecho he ido a otros hoteles de la cadena y nunca he vivido esto

The hotel is very good, it has many activities and is very close to the beach. The staff is very nice and makes the stay very enjoyable. The buffet is very varied and has a theme every day. It is ideal for children and adults. The animation team is wonderful and in general all the staff. Also mention Manolo and Pepe from the restaurant who are super nice. We will surely return because I loved my stay there.
